I was lucky to hear Broken Open with Acoustic Guitar at the Brisbane GNT concert I do have a video, a little shaky and grainy but it is his voice and interruption I love. - thanks so much for the beautiful video of Broken Open...loved the whole thing, but especially his voice on the last word... And speaking of loving...I LOVE your avi picture! |

Yes! It was amazing, wasn't it!  ETA: Here's the lambossesed Improved Version of Broken Open. The one, above, was making me dizzy!  youtu.be/K3hAZ6IpWNcHa! Me too. But for some reason I liked the straight ahead version without cuts for hand viewing purposes. But I love lambosessed's version. |

THANK YOU for this Brisbane version!! Looks like you were pretty close to the stage! Yes I was close, I was up front to the right - it was GA but I had a M&G so was able to secure a prime spot. The club was pretty small, in fact the whole concert reminded me of his Upright Cabaret performances .. he was so relaxed and close and it felt like he interacted individually with the whole audience - a very intimate experience (but then he is a master at that). I loved being able to see all the emotions flicker on and off in his eyes, face and body as he sang. |
