I'm having a hard time believing this is the song all the hype was about. It doesn't even sound like Adam to me. How on earth is he going to sing this live? I never worry about Adam singing anything live but my guess is he will adjust it in some way and surprise everyone.

Perhaps I'm worrying too much but I fear that Ghost Town might not be radio friendly - dark lyrics that teens may not be able to understand or relate to. Singing about the vampires in Hollywood is quite different from Taylor Swift whining about her ex-boyfriends. OMG, want to hear the song sooo bad now. I just can't wait..

That said, I fully acknowledge what you are saying here. In some ways is like dropping an Andy Warhol in the middle of a comic book store. Now I consider comic books forms of art... but one of these things is not like the other....

Singing about the vampires in Hollywood is quite different from Taylor Swift whining about her ex-boyfriends. You are worrying too much. We will know soon enough. There is absolutely nothing that a teen would not understand in this song. Regarding the vampires -- True Blood, Twillight, etc. Vampires are everywhere. Didn't Sam Smith put out an "I am depressed and miserable" vibe and got all popular over it? Plus vampires are more popular than ever, together with all kinds of walking dead... 1 hour 25 mins to go...
