I've not been lucky enough to hear GT here in Joplin but something cool did happen. I played if for my daughter, who has always just tolereated Adam!s music, she said could u play that again, I did. The next thing I knew she'd bought it!!!!!  Joplin? Is that Joplin, Missouri?! I'm in Saint Louis. I have heard it on Y98 here. Can you get Y98 where you live? Z107.7 was suppose to have played it too but I haven't heard it yet. |

I am using this as an example of another artist -- just for comparison on how long it takes a song to move up the radio airplay charts. Please do not start a conversation about Nate and/or this song. Thx.
Nate Ruess is also releasing an album on June 16. He had a big #1 song and a #3 song with Fun. but this is his first solo album.
February 23, 2015 he released "Nothing Without Love" as the lead single. It peaked on radio about a week ago and is now sitting at #29 on Top 40 #15 on HAC. It took over 2 months to hit peak. Now they are getting ready to release a second single (today).

WBR took a different approach. They waited until less then 2 months before Adam's album will be released.

Warning: Idle musings and pure speculation
So about Adam's late night tweet delete episode. The video he "accidentally" tweeted was an ad for Vegas hotel right? He tweeted it with the tag Sunday Funday. Everyone assumes it is a mistake because he deletes and re tweets with his own video right after. But Adam is a master at subtle/obscure clues right? Billboard Music Awards are in Vegas aren't they? This coming Sunday? Could he have been hinting that he might be there? Is it possible we get a surprise performance?
