239 spins separate GT from #41, so I don't see GT passing that unless spins really pick up, which is possible! The only song I see dropping, that is close enough to GT to make a difference, would be Nobody Love, by Tori Kelly. So, #41 seems possible in a few days, but beyond that, for now, depends on spin increase. That is my analysis. Maybe our experts can weigh in?! ETA: They are always late on changing that date! Thanks for the clarification on the date. Is it possible the spins on the others can significantly drop so the differential doesn't represent as big a spin increase? Does that happen or is it a more gradual decrease. Some of those songs dropped significantly in the ranking. His daily spin increases have been almost nothing over the last couple of days in CHR though midweek there were around 40 and 50 a day. Yes, the spins need to increase because there are songs on his heels as well as the ones above that really have to drop for GT to crack in. It is such a chess game!!!

He's not going to pass Omi's Cheerleader anytime soon. It's going up gangbusters but it's a good one to watch as it is just a day older than Ghost Town.
R5's Let's not Be Alone Tonight is dropping but not very fast. Tori Kelly's Nobody Love is dropping spins like bad dandruff. I think it will be the first song GT passes but there are 400 spins between them.
That puts GT at 41 or with some luck at 40 next week. There are no recurrents in sight and purges pretty much only happen below where he already is now.
We are getting in the territory of just hoping for going up maybe 1 or 2 spots a week, max. It's like bobbing out in the ocean, not much to do except make sure you are facing towards shore because the tide will treat everyone the same. Songs come down a lot faster than songs go up so be prepared to watch the paint dry.
