So I was just over on Mediabase looking at the rolling 7 day report as we close the week and I saw Adam at #42 on Top40. Am I reading this right? Looked like a couple of songs above dropped off. I didn't think that would happen until tomorrow.
Someone please give me a reality check.
Wow. IF THIS IS TRUE ONLY 2 POSITIONS TO GO TO BREAK INTO THE TOP 40! Let's make sure we push for every spin in the polls that we can influence and cheerlead the stations that are spinning if we are local so they increase.

It looks like there are 4 songs above Adam that are dropping and a couple of songs below him that picked up big so there is really no knowing how the dynamic will go but there is a chance for next week. Not getting hopes up too much and no idea if there will be good adds but tomorrow and Tuesday will be interesting. We have been told to brace for some plateau period so perhaps it will be a longer climb. But if he does go up to positions, that will be awesome SO CLOSE. In the top 40 is when some stations who would not add before will add or at least spin. |
