That's because the +/- on spins is the difference between that day and same day previous week but the bullet +/- is the difference between the whole weeks bullet from last week to this. In effect the bullet is an entire weeks worth of daily spin +/- numbers. Many argue that as long as the song has a bullet that the daily bullet+ doesn't really matter all that much. To a certain extent that's true although if consistently negative for long enough it can give an indication that a song has peaked even though there may still be a positive bullet. Trouble is you could be talking a couple of weeks worth in the case of a song that had a huge bullet to start with.
ETA: The bullet is telling you what gear you are in, drive or reverse and the bullet+ is your speedometer.

I want to add my thanks to rihannsu for your very calming and well reasoned posts. Numbers can be scary! Pattihum, I also enjoy your positivity! Should we be concerned at all about the iTunes numbers? I know everyone says you need to wait for higher audience impressions to make a difference, but I notice he is lower than other artist around him on mediabase.

Yes, thanks to rihannsu & pattihum for the positivity. There's a reason why Q3 created this numbers thread. For some fans who easily worry, they will not have to clutch their pearls on the news thread. And once fans start the worry it's contagious, it usually spoiled the mood of the daily news thread.

Q102 spun more today than the past week! I had a nice surprise today: I tuned my car radio to Q102 today at about 6:00 PM and heard a familiar voice. It was Adam! They were broadcasting the iHeart Radio Countdown Show and Adam was a guest DJ. He was introducing songs. I didn't hear GT but I'm sure that they must have played it and let him introduce it. I was so delighted to hear him on my hometown radio station.

I had another nice surprise today:
iTunes South Africa Top 100 Song Downloads in Pop 1. Ghost Town Adam Lambert 2. Bad Blood Taylor Swift
snkhan.co.uk/stuff/iTunes.php?chart=ZApop
That's the first time that GT is beating BB for the #1 spot!
And here's the Music Sales Overall chart for SA:
iTunes South Africa Top 100 Song Downloads
3. Ghost Town Adam Lambert 4. Bad Blood Taylor Swift

I know everyone says you need to wait for higher audience impressions to make a difference, but I notice he is lower than other artist around him on mediabase. Don't know if you are talking album or GT. For the album I'll just say that it's not out yet so make sure you do a comparison against albums that you can download or buy at the store that day. For GT I think it's doing really well. I use Kworbs data at kworb.net/ww/ , you can click on each header and sort by worldwide ranking or by US etc. (first do a sort by name -twice to get it in ABC order - so that you can find him easy) Everybody who is above him is a known entity or much higher in the chart or out three times as long.
