WEll clearly it is copyright infrigement. Just I see alot of these videos, and then get taken down. Now its been taken down it is a drama haha. I just liked the video that's all.

If people post a fan video and say it is a fan video, that is cool and is protected under fair use. When people put up a video with ads that uses copyrighted material that is not protected under fair use -- it is copyright infringement. And when people label rips as OFFICIAL when they are not, that is not only copyright infringement, it could damage Adam's brand. Everyone who operates under the fair use provision of the copyright act, like this forum, needs to be very careful or the fines and damages costs can be huge. Particularly fans who post openly like TALC and this Forum Admin (me). Thanks, Q3!
