Thinking of how powerful a group of dedicated people can be. For me, imaging that I am part of a group made streaming feel so impactful. It's not that I, personally, have to stream 1500 times and only get 1 album sale for all that work. It is that just 1500 fans, together, with just one click equal 1 album sale. That makes every repeat feel so powerful. Just 1499 more people have to do the same thing, and every few minutes, another album sold. Feel the power together. And thank Spotify for reporting all numbers. So that all you have to do is put a track on repeat. Sound on or off. Every few minutes, 1500 people together, another album sold. I totally love this post. It is the heart of grass roots - a very important concept. It is like someone saying, why vote, my vote won't make a difference versus "the people have spoken" and I was part of it. Well said and well done. |

Interesting who did occasional background vocals on the songs: Sterling Fox, Max Martin, Shellback.
Just realized Fallon is tonight. Which guitarist will be wearing the poncho lol. There is probably no time but would be great to have Adam do the wheel of musical impressions with Jimmy. And it was so strange he did the whole We are the Champions montage a while back with pop stars and not the actual frontman for Queen.

Yes, I like your perspective. Much better way of looking at it. I just looked to see what all I had pre-ordered from the US. and I have 7 copies, 6 CDs and one digital. I'll stream best I can and probably buy a few more at Walmart this week. When I look at the sales totals at the end of the week....I'll know that about 10 of those are mine and hopefully a little bonus contribution with streaming. Wish I could do more, but there's only so much that an individual fan can do. |

I was watching but gave up, figured I'd missed it and that it would show up online anyways... ETA: Makes sense that it would be in this 8:30-9:00 segment though. I'm giving it another try. ETA2: They just teased an interview with Mel B, so I really doubt Adam's segment will be on today. Maybe it's supposed to be tomorrow? |

Saw on Twitter where nobody could source the show saying he would be on this morning and they hadn't teased him being on. I think I saw somebody say they were recording the whole show. Hopefully if he's on....we'll get a rip. |
