I don't think Adam will be on the 7:00-9:00 show -- Dr. Ruth and Mel B are up next. However, Good Day LA at 9:00 is on from 9:00-10:00 -- maybe Adam will be on during that hour. This is a true test of my patience  I agree. Especially since Good Day LA is such a bad show. |

I gave up watching the show, too. I think we got some wrong info. They were not even teasing Adam coming up. So, since we are looking for things to pass the time until the Tonight Show, here is a fun little quiz. We sometimes talk about Adam being slightly off pitch. Or debate whether or not he is. I'm not entirely sure that I wished to know I have a "possible pitch detection deficit" and that I scored in the 0.0 percentile. My disability notwithstanding, I still know a damn fine voice when I hear it!! Edit - on looking at the histogram I believe I have the distinction of the highest score (in this case the higher the score, the worse the result) of the 11,500 people so far tested. Oh woe is me! |

Talon added a late comment to Saturday's thread that I thought was well- thought out. He is addressing the question of whether Queen fans are apt to buy TOH. "I do think Adam won many fans over during the tours but fans of him, not necessarily his music. It's more that Adam won their respect, but they aren't going to switch their musical tastes. I'm sure a HUGE amount of fans gained respect for Montserrat Caballe during the Barcelona album, but the fans of Freddie were mostly rock fans and weren't going to start buying opera albums en masse. If Adam had done a more rock album, he would have had a better shot at retaining Queen fans for his music...but he wants the pop ring so it is what it is " |

Eeek.....hope I get my 2 AO CDs today.... Seems they ship from Tennessee...then sent to Georgia....then back over to Alabama. lol. My mail is always so slow......watch the mailman sit on it until tomorrow just to torture me. lol
