It is 96 degrees at the beach so I only lasted 90 minutes before I headed to the beautiful, air conditioned library. Thought I'd hop on one of their computers since no place to plug my IPad in without rearranging their furniture or sitting on high chair that is a killer on posture and back. Plugged in earphones and let 'er rip, Ghost Town video, on high, of course. Tap on shoulder and looked up to grins from numerous people, scowl from woman not too far away, chintzy earphones not all the way plugged in, consequently, about 15 people treated to MY HEART IS A GHOST TOWN, la, la, la. One of library ladies who knows me from my faithful use of her facility, told me what had happened. She thought it was pretty funny. Don't you just love chilled people who don't think every mistake is end of civilization? So much going on with Adam this week, I love it!

I like the collective idea behind streaming. I'm streaming. I wonder how many other people on Atop are also streaming. Is there anyway to find out? I'm streaming! Other than buying albums it's the best thing we can do right now. Spotify has become my new best friend! My TOH playlist has all released tracks off the album and multiple Ghost Town tracks. On shuffle in the background whenever I'm on the computer. Not tired of these tracks yet!!!!!!!! Tried playing this playlist on my mobile, but Spotify throws in all these songs I do not want to hear.

It is a tough test. And probably normed on those young, 18 year old ears, too. Plus, as we have learned from our pitch discussion problems in the past, sometimes having ears that are very sensitive to the minute differences of pitch is a curse, not a blessing, since once heard, one cannot un-hear a flat note, or ignore it. As long as you hear well enough to enjoy Adam, it is all good! Thanks Cassie. Back to listening to the amazing AFL!! Wouldn't it be fun to have Adam do the test. Even more fun if he got a lousy score!

Start your playlist and then Look for two looping arrows and click them On a mobile the arrows are kind of hidden click on Adam's little face in the play window and it should open up to where you can see the loops

When the album drops tomorrow, shouldn't we also stream the entire album? Or are you saying to stay focussed on streaming only GT? Sorry I'm still confused.. thanks for your patience Q3! If you are streaming for maximum chart effect stream Ghost Town and GT Remixes all week. (US ONLY). The UK chart is different and in my opinion better. They average the top 12 tracks. How will the GT Official Remixes help the album chart?

www.digitalspy.com/music/review/a652985/adam-lambert-the-original-high-album-review-tenacious-modern-pop.htmlAdam Lambert: The Original High album review - Tenacious modern popBy Lewis CornerMonday, Jun 15 2015, 12:37pm EDT Released on Monday, Jun 15 2015 When American Idol bows out gracefully for a final season next year, the talent show can be proud of the stars it has produced. Platinum-selling artists, Grammy winners, international names, and even an Oscar winner. Adam Lambert may have placed second in the show's eighth season, but he went on to sell over a million records in the US, with 2012's Trespassing making him the first openly gay artist to top the Billboard 200 chart. He then continued to make history by touring with Queen as their new frontman and managing to do so with the critics on side. However, for all his successes, Adam left his Idol record contract after they suggested he record an album of '80s covers. Instead he signed a new deal with Warner Music and employed the services of pop gurus Max Martin and Shellback to produce The Original High; a collection of unashamed pop anthems that owe more to the '90s than the decade before it. Take the deep-house synth-lines surging under Adam's effortlessly electric vocals on tracks like 'Ghost Town', 'Another Lonely Night' and 'The Light' for instance, giving credence to the album title's suggested euphoria. The striking, booming soundscapes are nearly as chasmal as Adam's prodigious vocal range, pushing his impressive falsetto and diva-like ad libs to their full potential. But there are plenty of chewy earworm hooks to bite into here too. The eerie Wild West whistle line on 'Ghost Town' is infuriatingly genius, echoing a similar tactic used by Max Martin and Shellback on Britney's 'I Wanna Go', while title track 'The Original High's tight middle eight of "summer time it stays on my mind" over tangy funk riffs is a brain invasion impossible to avoid. Along with the voltaic upsurge of Brian May collaboration 'Lucy', they alone are enough to overcharge the album's fusebox. read more..

The Original High is out as a full album on Spotify! Stream away Could someone please give us a good link to use for streaming TOH on repeat on Spotify? Q3 said in the US we need to spin GhostTown only, not TOH in full - unless for your pleasure of course I am going to update my playlist on rdio and leave GT only for now...
