If you would like to post a message for Bamafan and her family, please post it in the thread. As you may already know, Bamafan and her family had their home, business, cars and more destroyed by one of the April 27, 2011 tornadoes that ripped through Alabama. No one was hurt and, I believe, her Adam collection survived. For a bit of perspective --- her town, Cullman, Alabama was partially destroyed by this tornado. abcnews.go.com/WNT/video/cullman-alabama-destroyed-tornado-13494740They will rebuild, but the town, the people and our dear friend Bamafan will never be the same. Bamafan my best to you, your husband and son. I am thankful that you are all OK and, if you need anything, just ask. You have friends here waiting to answer. Can't wait until you have Internet back and can take a bit of a break with us. bamafan, hope you and your family have been able to feel all of the love and well wishes that have been sent your way from this wonderful place!!  If I didn't live all the way on the other side of the country, I would be there in a heartbeat to provide some moral support, and even help clean up! I'm looking forward to seeing you back online with us soon!  If there is ANYTHING at all we can do for you, please let us know. We would love to be able to help. WE MISS YOU!!!!!!!!

Bama, so glad to get another update from Coke today. Hear you're doin' fine and starting to wrestle with the insurance company. I know when you finally get on-line next weekend, you'll finally get to see for yourself all the love and concern that this community has been sending your way. Stay strong and know that each of us is with you in spirit. You gals have fun next weekend, and soak up a "normal" fun day away. Wish we could join you. Hugs!!

Bamafan, I have been keeping you and your family in my prayers! Watched the video of the damage to your city taken from the air and could not believe the devastation. Am happy to hear that you now have power. It will be a slow process, but your strong spirit will help with what you face in the aftermath of the storm. We miss you and look forward to hearing from you possibly next Saturday. I was fortunate to meet you and sit next to you at our pre-concert dinner last year in Louisville. You are such a warm, upbeat person and I know you will come through all this even stronger  |

Bama!!!! So glad you are hanging in there! We were all sooo worried about you. Still are. We want to do something to help. Casseroles seem to be out. Can't help with the internet connections. We all miss you here and are anxious for your enternet to get back up so we can visit with you and you can catch up with all the Adam Pretty!! Bamafan... we need you back posting RFN!!! We've missed you so much! needacoke and justwishin have done a fabulous job keeping us up to date on your situation, but we can't wait until you're back with us on ATop again!! So happy to hear you've electricity again! Leaving a lamp in the window here at your "second home".
