If they sent you the download and you downloaded it they can count that as delivery I believe. In any case if the delayed CD's are the signed ones that's going to be maybe in the hundreds, not thousands of copies delayed and from what I have seen reported in the past they just have to have the orders picked up from them by the shipping company. That is what RCA Ed had reported during Trespassing when he was getting screamed at about shipment delays then. The expected delivery date thing had to do with the shipment of pre-orders before street date. In order to not be a street violation the expected delivery date could not be before the release date. But that's why some people got their cd's before release date.

I only know a little bit from Ebay.

In order to consider an item shipped, you only need to print the shipping label and pay the postage.

She did say that this station has been playing it over & over, for weeks. This is in Lincoln, NE. I was dumbfounded!!! LOL!! And then, after asking her twice, I forgot what station it was! DUH!!

But, my excitement of watching my Gson sing GT & whistling to it just SO made my day!! He's a smart little dude, for sure. I think I'll get him the clean version, but not sure if they have a CD player? He already has his own Ipod, so who knows? I'll have to visit with my son about all that.

So...have to say that I TOTALLY FUCKING LOVE THIS ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMFG!!!!!!!!!

I've listened to it over & over, and have grown to love some songs that I wasn't sure about at first. But, now I am and watching and listening to Adam sing them live, just makes me the happiest person in the world!!

No matter where he charts, He will always be number 1 for me!!! And, he looks so fucking happy......ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! How does he do that? He has to be tired??? But, he goes on & on...and just does that thing!! The GMA was so amazing, going back to watch again since I didn't get to see it live. Another story about that later....hehehe! I know, I know...I do go on a bit when I finally post. Not gonna say sorry tho, cause I'm not. HEH!!

Yes, I like how you expressed it. Sometimes I find myself so worried about every little thing, it makes me forget that this is all supposed to be fun. Yes, we can support Adam all we can, but we are not responsible for his whole success in life. He knows we love and support him. But he's the one who steers his life through all that happens. We are just along for the ride.

Just an FYI, I didn't order the signed bundle, I ordered the one with our name in the book thingy. It didn't ship till Wednesday and will get here next week. That's why I got the download email. Seems like all the fan bundles are running tardy.

I'm confused - isn't the one with our name in the book thingy the same as the signed ?

No because I got the cheapest option and got my name in the book but no signature. I got the hat & the Lithos but the bigger packages had the shirts & ring too.

She said this was her first album in 8 years.

HD sang her song. It didn't seem very special to me.

Completely forgotten except for the whistling at the beginning!

For Nielsen Soundscan reporting....

Well that sucks! Just checked my Amazon orders.
The ones I pre-ordered MAY 10th have an estimated delivery date of June 22nd.
The ones I gifted on Thursday June 18th have delivery dates of June 19th and June 20th.

Well maybe that free download of the whole album from 2 days ago was because my bundle CD hasn't shipped yet? If so, then that would count as a sale....maybe. Did everybody get a free DL of the album who ordered a CD thru AO? and if so, will all those digital albums count if they were downloaded? or is it just a bonus to receive the digital like Amazon gives you?

I don't remember the different packages offered...I know that some people's bundles had the booklet with the fans names listed but Adam didn't sign the front and others are getting the fan names booklet with Adam's signature. I haven't seen the fan names booklet so don't know if it looks like the CD cover that Adam was signing stacks of in London or not.
