For Nielsen Soundscan reporting.... 1. Digital music, must be downloaded -- that constitutes delive 2. Direct to consumer CDs -- need to be shipped by the retailer with an expected delivery date before the end of the reporting week. So not actual delivery but EXPECTED DELIVERY. >> If you buy a CD and they give you a complete download with the purchase, that download can constitute delivery. >> Retailers have been know to use aggressive delivery dates -- meaning ship on Friday and say it will be delivered on Saturday. Well that sucks! Just checked my Amazon orders. The ones I pre-ordered MAY 10th have an estimated delivery date of June 22nd. The ones I gifted on Thursday June 18th have delivery dates of June 19th and June 20th. Maybe if you call Amazon customer service they can change the estimated delivery date to earlier than June 22 so that it counts. |

It sounds like they have already been shipped and you have been charged. The promised delivery dates of June 19th and 20th are within the first week time frame. I'm not an expert, but I still think that if they are shipped, they will count. I thought Amazon, etc. orders counted when they accepted your payment, credit card, etc. Same as when you pay for the CD in a store. Anyway, I ordered some TOH's from Amazon as gifts to the organization Q3 highlighted yesterday - and they shipped the same day. I mean when you pay in a store, the CD is sold. When you pay on Amazon, the CD is sold. That's my logic.   |

Ok, I need to tell you my Adam related story. I've never really had one to tell before. Last week, I was at my DDIL's shop getting my hair done. She had on a pop radio station, and I asked her if she had heard Adam's GT. She said, OMG...yes!! Over & over, she said!! !! A bit later, my 7 year old Grandson joined us. (a bit on the OT, but he's such a beauty!! ) LOL!! Anyways, soon after he got there, GT started playing on the radio, with speakers everywhere! I looked at my GS & he was whistling along with the song. I asked him where he learned to whistle and he said he just could. I'm sitting there smiling my ass off!! LOL! Then, I see & hear him singing *My Heart Is a Ghost Town*!!! OMFG!!!! I look at my DDIL and she says, yep, he does it all the time! She really likes Adam and lets me go on & on..bless her, I'm so lucky to be blessed with 2 wonderful DDIL's. She did say that this station has been playing it over & over, for weeks. This is in Lincoln, NE. I was dumbfounded!!! LOL!! And then, after asking her twice, I forgot what station it was! DUH!! But, my excitement of watching my Gson sing GT & whistling to it just SO made my day!! He's a smart little dude, for sure. I think I'll get him the clean version, but not sure if they have a CD player? He already has his own Ipod, so who knows? I'll have to visit with my son about all that. So...have to say that I TOTALLY FUCKING LOVE THIS ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMFG!!!!!!!!! I've listened to it over & over, and have grown to love some songs that I wasn't sure about at first. But, now I am and watching and listening to Adam sing them live, just makes me the happiest person in the world!! No matter where he charts, He will always be number 1 for me!!! And, he looks so fucking happy......ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! How does he do that? He has to be tired??? But, he goes on & on...and just does that thing!! The GMA was so amazing, going back to watch again since I didn't get to see it live. Another story about that later....hehehe! I know, I know...I do go on a bit when I finally post. Not gonna say sorry tho, cause I'm not. HEH!! Awwwwww love this Awww thank you!! It really was so sweet!! Another amazing thing happened at work today. One of the ladies I work with has been interested in Adam, especially since I told her about QAL. But, she really likes Adam on his own, too. So, I told her today that the album was out as I was leaving work. She said *I know, I saw him on GMA*!! OMG!! That stopped me in my tracks! I asked what he was wearing, how he sang, etc."" She said he was amazing...so very sexy...etc., etc. Said he had on an amazing red/burgundy shirt and was very sexy with his black leather pants, which she totally loves. Said he can really rock those leather pants. I said *Gurl, you don't even know!!* LOL!! We got interrupted a bit by customers...grrrrr hehe, but I told her about TALC youtube and sent her some vids, too. Another gal that wasn't there today is also interested in Adam so I'll fill her in next week, when I see her. I might go out this weekend and get them both albums, if I can find them. |

I'm confused - isn't the one with our name in the book thingy the same as the signed ? Nope. The $50 bundle came with a booklet with your name in the thank-you notes, but not an Adam signature.....I think you had to order the $199 bundles to get the signature. I got the $50 bundle and it came Wednesday. |

OK, I just freaked out as there are some major booms going on here!! Just figured out it's some fireworks, for some reason or another?? They should give a person a bit of a warning, right? Or...maybe they're celebrating *The Original High*?? Works for me!!!!!!!!! YAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!

Well that sucks! Just checked my Amazon orders. The ones I pre-ordered MAY 10th have an estimated delivery date of June 22nd. The ones I gifted on Thursday June 18th have delivery dates of June 19th and June 20th. Maybe if you call Amazon customer service they can change the estimated delivery date to earlier than June 22 so that it counts. I think she just needs to look at her orders and see whether they have shipped. I wouldn't worry about it, if they have. In order to get to her by Monday, the 22nd, they should have already gone out. |

Then it should get counted when you download it even if that is the week before the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, gifted CDs at Amazon do not come with AutoRip. |
