I don't think that article says that media outlets can't use the WhoSay photos Adam tweets, in fact that's probably why they're automatically printed with the copyright in the corner, for just that purpose. What it means is that WhoSay agrees not to try and make a profit from selling that photo to a tabloid or magazine without permission from the artist, like it's possible that yfrog or lockerz or some of the other free services might try to do in the future to make money. But the pic Adam tweeted was a paparrazi pic so it didn't belong to Adam either! |

lyndseyparker Lyndsey Parker Now some chick is completely ruining an Adam Lambert song #xfactor #notformyentertainment Dang!! :( I had tickets to go to this today and opted not to go. First, when I printed out the voucher, it said that the taping would take 3-4 hours! Ridiculous! Second, someone at MJ's went to yesterday's taping and the judges saw 13 acts and put through 3!!! How boring is that! Third, it's being taped in the USC gym that they use for basketball! Did not sound like a fun experiene at all. |

I agree 100%! That first single needs to be out sooner than last time. Adam's songs rise slowly and RCA needs to give it enough time. Then a second one released closer to the album coming out would be perfect!
