Yes, I'd heard long ago that they belong to the same family of languages. Naturally, this brings me a degree closer to Adam, since my native tongue is related to that of his "guy"... LOL! So, if you ever met Sauli, would you be able to converse with him in Finnish? That would be pretty cool! But you couldn't speak or understand. It's funny though, because when I listen to the IS Tutka vids, the language "feels" very familiar, in the sounds and inflections. Ooo, Q3, you are still on-line. I have a question for you. It's kind of off topic, but maybe not. I was just over at Chunkey's site and there are a lot of videos of Kris at a Spring Fling. Is it unusual for someone to be touring these fairs and such, when there is no new material? Why would Jive/19 have him doing this? I know Adam is doing 2 one offs, but I am guessing that the payday from both the Quebec and Russian shows is very big. Too big to pass up! I would imagine, not so, with these small events Kris is doing. That's a darn good question. I hope Q3 sees it and answers because I've been wondering the same thing. Nothing to promote yet Kris (and Gokey too) seem to be doing quite a few concerts/festivals. Been away at heavy duty RL all weekend. Lot's of reading to do. Guess the main "news" was the Prince concert dancing (wondering if he was invited on stage) and the "My Guy" comment. (soooo sweet)
