Behind the Scenes Video from Adam #2 has been shot

On May 5th, Alex Castino from Jokerstyle Productions tweeted that they will be shooting behind the scenes video of Adam in the studio for the next two days. Based on a tweet from Adam about his recording sessions, it appear that they filmed the session with Bonnie Mckee, Oliver Goldstein and Josh Abraham.

There was no confirmation when this would be released until yesterday when RCA Ed posted this on AdamOfficial.com:

"RCA Ed:
Re: OMFRG We are going to get a behind the scenes video of Adam in the recording studio.
aaargh is nothing sacred? no one can keep a secret anymore. but yeah, this is very much in the works. I'll let you guys know when we might start pushing out the goods, but don't stress about it for a month at least - we're just getting it all set up."

Pushing out the goods sounds like this video will be sold. My guess – a video bonus offer as part of an Adam #2 presale. Order and pay, download the BTS video and lead single now.

There are so many reasons that I love Adam that it is hard to pick just ten. But here is my attempt.

#10 He speaks his mind
#9 He has a great sense of humor!
#8 He is Adam Fucking Lambert!

#7 He knows how to dress and shop!!!

Avid fans can recognize some of his clothes and accessories. And figuring out when he wore something before or who designed a new item is a game that can occupy ninjas for hours.

Now that is not to say that Adam never misses. [Who can forgive the aqua board shorts and straw hat made famous by the South Beach paparazzi or the most hideous acid washed jeans that Adam wore on American Idol? Not me. Sorry BB but those should all be burned. I’ll supply the matches.] But Adam rarely misses and usually comes up with a totally new look that is completely Adamized and marvelous.

Tickets are scheduled to go on sale on Wednesday.

There are reports now that this concert will be entirely General Admission.

People who know the venue recommend buying tickets in the Privilege Zone which has standing room for 500 to 1000, closer to the stage, the bathrooms, and the vendors. But the PZ pass may not be offered.

There is a thread where members can share information about the Quebec Festival. Remember, this is “Members-only” but information can easily become public. Please use PMs and other private communications to exchange contact information.

Cassie: Here is my conviction. Only audio. And, he is not singing in falsetto. He is singing full head voice. Can't think of any other singer who can do what he does with this song.

Angelina Kalahari's most recent radio program is now up on YouTube. She is talking about the singer as an interpretative artist. She starts with discussion of all the skills an opera singer must master before they are ready to be a professional performer. Then, she gives examples of two sopranos and two tenors assailing particularly difficult and emotional arias. She follows that with two samples of emotional songs from movies.

What has this to do with Adam, you ask? Wait for it. Wait for it. She then moves on to great interpretive artists in pop/rock music today. Guess who? Yup. Adam is her example. She plays several of Adam's cover songs by the original artists, and then plays Adam's versions right after. Smart lady. She doesn't gush about Adam's versions, but by playing them in contrast to the original artists she demonstrates how great his interpretations are.

Plus, Angelina has told me in an email that she agreed to do this series of radio programs only if she could feature Adam's voice prominently. Her hidden agenda is to expose more people to Adam! So, I strongly suspect the subtext of last week's program was that all the skills she discusses that opera singers must master are skills that Adam has in his arsenal. And, she plays Adam Lambert on the same program with Maria Callas and Pavarotti. Pretty lofty company. Sneaky Adam fan, Angelina!

But, I recommend that you listen to part one at least before the arias (if opera is not your thing) to hear her discuss the skills/training needed by opera singers (and, by inference, skills displayed by Adam).
