Fantastic idea! I'm not on Twitter, but now might be a good time for me to sign on Ghost Town kiddos, Ghost Town. Let's not get off message, he's not going to decide the next single based on tweets, but tweets can take away from GT's momentum if fans are saying they are already tired of it. Fair comment about momentum, but I haven't heard anyone saying that they're already tired of GT. I'm certainly not, and I'm convinced the song has a lot more commercial life in it yet. Singles do tend to get chosen quite a bit in advance, though, and since this Hamilton Hollywood fellow (or whatever his name is) is already tweeting that Adam will consider fans' wishes about the next single, it's not surprising that a few of us are excited about the subject Perhaps someone could discreetly ask Adam if he would welcome feedback from fans when it comes time for him and his team to choose the next single...?

I don't think the album has dropped in Japan yet & Adam is popular in Japan.. I think Ghost Town has lots of time yet so keep Spotifying it..Adam said he's going to be doing Pr for TOH until the end of the year..Adam's team really knows what they are doing..IMHO,LOL if you want to hear different songs, just play Adam's album and support his great single Ghost Town.I think This is going to be a lovely slow burn to incredible world wide success. ..no hurry just enjoy this wonderful and well planned roll out.

NO NO NO.....to EITN as next single.....YES YES YES to TOH !!!!! Maybe when he gets out of NYC and all those bombs over Broadway and gets back to summertime in Hollywood he'll come to his senses. I am glad that all the songs on TOH are obviously ones that Adam loves and so I need not be concerned that a lesser tune is being pushed on him but the next single should begin with: I feel the need for speed and on a hot night, Pushin' a hundred and fifty ...Just think what it would do for municipal revenues in small towns in Texas. :D Everytime I listened to TOH, somehow the lyrics' reminding me of Don't Stop Me Now, in a sense.. LOL

LOL I know exactly what you mean---and it's another reason I feel this song will eventually become Adam's signature number.

Still catching up. My refrigerator got knocked out. Will call tomorrow. But reading the papers
the Wall Street Journal issues a fashion supplement once a math. I was looking. Guess what???
All the the men styles are baggy/loose pants w long cuffs. So Adam is right on the up fashion
LOL.. Adam's always right on the up fashion. Most of us here who doesn't know what's up with the fashion world. I remembered when fans complaining about his facial hair, then his hair style, etc. Sometimes he's ahead of the US fashion's trend because it's already trend in Europe.

There is a big difference between tweeting the question "Ask Adam what the next single will be" to DJs who are interviewing him and discussing it between fans. JMHO Adam will ask fans when he wants our opinion. He does not need to be told that we will provide feedback. [Check his feed, it is filled with unsolicited advice -- on everything.] I think GT has a long time left. It is currently #77 and #326 on US iTunes, and increasing spins on US radio. They aren't planning to promote it in the UK until July. So it is around or a while. The lead single is usually picked well in advance, follow-up singles are usually picked about a month before the promotion starts -- so 6 weeks before impact date. Too soon for single #2 to be picked. Regarding the next single, the most popular track from TOH (other than GT) on iTunes and Spotify is TOH, not EITN. And when you look at Europe it is TOH then ALN. And even though Adam keeps performing EITN, look at the GMA performance GT, TOH, WWFM were broadcast, EITN was the bonus song only online.

So easy to get sidetracked but some odd internet this or that. GT to the goal! Thumbs up to this. Not in favour of any twitter or public arguments over what the next single is even when the time comes, let alone now, when we should be driving GT to the point where WB thinks "Hot damn! We need to mount a full court press on the next single, too!"

If it's feedback that Adam wants, then I hope that enough of us shout from the rooftops that the next single has to be The Original High! It just makes sense on so many levels. Evil in the Night is great fun, but feels slightly repetitious after multiple playings, and I just don't see it catching the popular imagination like TOH. (It's also a little long.) TOH is like Ghost Town in that it leaves you wanting more---it never outstays its welcome, and (like GT) is quite different from anything else out there. It's also perfectly constructed, and---unlike EITN---features a thrilling climax. Great music, great lyrics, and a terrific piece of singing; what more could anyone want from a single? I'm with Eber on this one
As much as I love EITN, I think TOH is a better single materials.
I agree!
