ADAM LAMBERT @adamlambert OYE VEY Kanye. That Bohemian Rhapsody at Glastonbury though.... Ouch I can't remember the last time Adam said anything uncomplimentary about another artist. This is great! There was that Les Miz .... Man takes his singing seriously.

OMG. Brian, Roger, & the Mercury Estate should sue Kanye for defecation on a creative work of art. Hahaha, love it! 'Defecation' / 'defamation' ... in this case it's the same thing

Kanye West VS Adam Lambert - Bohemian Rhapsody LIVE (Queen) Kanye West couldn't learn the lyrics of the famous Queen song, called Bohemian Rhapsody or the melody, for that matter

I can't remember the last time Adam said anything uncomplimentary about another artist. This is great! There was that Les Miz .... Man takes his singing seriously. Except, he actually never called out any one actor. (Except to say that Anne did an amazing job). He just said some of the singing wasn't good ... it was the media who identified specific actors... which kind of proved his point - he wasn't the only one who thought so

I deleted my long post in this quote. I love this, thank you Q3! I hate it about myself but sometimes I get a little angsty cuz I want so much for Adam to get to #1 in every chart. I want it to smash!!! I get it but it does not work that way -- even when it seems like it. Taylor Swift is huge right now but that is based on years of work and building a huge fanbase and luck. And I think she is the closest to someone who was successful from the beginning and has had not one major career setback. I have never been angsty about Adam. I trust him to get it right -- even if he wanders a bit as he discovers his path and evolves. Sure I would love Adam to be #1 but only if he can do it while still being Adam. I think Adam wants to do something new and different while being commercially successful. It is a balancing act. If he is too experimental, he would get better reviews but not get any airplay and would probably sell little. If he shifts to be too commercial and expected, he would just be part of the crowd and forgotten. (Not really possible for Adam.) I am very upbeat right now about GT and TOH but moreso about Adam's future. He has taken off the mask. He has dropped a lot of the artifice and OTT vocal that came from insecurity. I think he is finally discover who he is. From Fault… the quote that ghost [ ghost] pulled out earlier in the thread: That assertiveness/pushiness is what got in the way of liking Adam for many potential fans. Frankly that is the part of the AMA performance I do not like, the assertiveness, the aggression, the over-singing, the lack of fun about the whole thing. It might have worked if he did it with a very campy attitude but not the way it was done. (Thank god the kiss may-lay distracted from that dreary choreo, staging and bad singing -- on an Adam scale bad singing that is.) JMHO the thing that helped Adam when he was growing up and a young adult, also hurt him enormously in his pursuit of pop stardom -- musical theater. He had to lose all of it EXCEPT his ability to command an audience and entertain -- and with TOH there is little of it left. Just one theatrical song -- and that one is stripped down and gorgeous -- TISI. Finally, I hope someday I can see Adam star in a contemporary Broadway musical on Broadway -- in a role that he owns not stepping in for someone. But I can wait for that. Right now I want to enjoy TOH and start to vague imagine A4 and where he might go with that. > Note: All the fans speculating about the next single are pikers compared to be, I am trying to first out where he goes next. We had a glam rock early 70's inspired album, a late 70's-80's neo-funk album, and now we have a neo-90's creation. I hope he skips forward to a 2020 sound for A4 but does not make us wait 5 years for that one.

Does he still sing? Or is he just a tool to make money for these magazines? You're kidding right.. I love Adam on those magazines and yes he sure does SING.. you are kidding right? It's a big honor to be on a cover of a magazine.. you're joking right also the magazines,I believe help sell his music..let me get this right you're teasing Who wouldn't want to be on a cover of a magazine... Some of both actually. I enjoy pretty pictures as much as anyone, but it does strike me that most of these magazines are not trageted at music buyers or concert goers. So yes, exposure but who really is seeing this besides fashion buffs and existing fans? For me, if I am going to spend $35-$40 on something Adam related, I will buy two more albums not a magazine where 100% of the profit goes into the magazines pocket. YMMV. Shrug.
