Yay!!! It's been quite some time since the previous TV appearance.. Can't wait to see Adam perform on tv again! And can't wait to see Ian McKellen (hopefully) dancing to GT again  Anyway, do we know how well the viewership of The Late Late Show is? Not a TV viewer, so how late is late late??? I don't know this show, obviously.  I just set it to record here in Houston (Central Time zone), and it starts at 12:07 a.m. on July 16th. It's on KHOU which is my Channel 11 on U-verse. |

I wasn't around this weekend, but have been able to read today's thread with so many opinions about song favourites. I love the disparity!! It's so amazing how we (who all have very different musical tastes) can find songs we love on this album.
In addition to my thoughts posted earlier I wanted to add how much I love all three bonus tracks. These Boys & Shame especially are silly & sassy and balance out the moody-ness of some of the other songs on the album. This stupid grin spreads across my face whenever I hear either. I don't think they're single material, but they're fantastic songs.
I love this album so much it's crazy!

Just adding my thoughts to the conversation about the song The Original High. The whole album is a delight and a major win for Adam and his team. However, the very first time I heard the title song, I only got as far as the second time Adam sings the word "comfort." I can't even describe how sexy his voice resonates when he utters that word. Kept having to hear the whole song over and over again. The beat is infectious, the lyrics are cool {a big must for radio, I think,} and the message of the song is so universal. Who hasn't longed for that summer day, long ago, when....? But, above all, it;s that second time he sings COMFORT..... I ccompletely agree with and understand everything you just wrote, but for me that visceral sexy vocal hit comes in the very first line "I've got a need for speed and on a hot night..," gah, I'm gone!! Yep, Avari, the song got me from the very beginning --but that second ,"comfort" took me to another place. Like Eber said, if this song can't make it to the top of the radio charts, I give up! |

They are such fun..even for me 'After Hours'. I see myself in this car cruising and looking cool, right? Cruising down the strip, which where I live is a few blocks long, but a gal can dream. So glad Adam added those bonus tracks! |
