Myraline Morris-Whitaker who founded the Sister Soldier Project, and to which Adam's fans sent thousands of Adam's CDs (For Your Entertainment and Trespassing) asked that I tweet or communicate what is happening with Sister Soldier Project. www.bostonglobe.com/lifestyle/style/2015/07/03/sister-sister/rxIzKHJQuJbxy8fTjzinnM/story.html It is a great story and though the CD's are not mentioned in the story, it is possible (though not certain) some mention could end up in the actual collection. Thanks again to all who supported the Sister Soldier Project with Adam's music.

It's interesting how we all have different tops on this album)) From the first listen I liked The Light and still can't get enough of it) And I made my brother who lives in Spain buy a TOH there and he LOVED EITN and TIDS, says that they're his absolute favorites (along with the whole album) but he plays these two like ALL the time...I see on Spotify)) I loved The Light instantly, and still love it... So you have an international family as well.... Oooh, are we talking about our favourite songs? Mine is TOH, hands down. Not only does it hit the sweet spot for me, I think it’s THE signature song that represents his sound. So, so, so perfect. I want it to be the next single desperately. My second favourite is the Light. Absolutely obsessed with it. Anytime I need to play some Adam for someone who is not familiar with him, I play TOH, the Light and GT in that order. To me, these 3 are the perfect trifecta. Then I play Underground, EITN, Heavy Fire, Afterhours. Then if they still want more I’d move on to Rumours, Shame, TIDS, ALN. In that order. I love These Boys, but that one’s only for fans, IMO. And I don’t care for TISI and Lucy, so they don’t get any play. DH and I drove to montreal and back this weekend so I was able to play all of these for him. He thinks they’re all great. His favourites (as far a I can tell) are the Light and Heavy Fire.

I can not believe that it is already a year when the Finnish little girl (actually not so small) went out for the first time far away to Las Vegas to watch the Queen & Adam. Once again I want to thank from the bottom of my heart Theosgma and Didilynn, from whom I bought the tickets to Joint. The seats were the best! And I can not thank enough maitospf, which introduced me Las Vegas, and was there for me and took care of me in a foreign country. Memories, memories! Awwww Butterfly. So happy we all shared those magical shows and seats. And I, in turn, am so grateful to Q3 for the amazing seat that never felt my bottom-who could sit during that! ).

Just read an article in print Entertainment Weekly(. July 3, issue with Scully and Mulder x-files on cover), called "Women Didn't Always Rule Pop," p.30-33. I read it at Dr's office, and I can't find it on the EW website. Ann Powers is quoted extensively throughout the article (and I say this because we know she knows about Adam). Not a single word about Adam. Not one. Sam Smith, check; Ed Sheeren, check;Justin Timberlake, check; Bruno Mars, check; Justin Bieber, check. Every boy band I have NEVER heard of, and Harry Styles, who I have heard of.
This is a long, fairly well- researched (as far as I can tell) article, lamenting a "double-standard" where females just have to produce fashion and spectacle, while guys have to be "real" musicians." I bring this to our attention because it emphasizes the point that Adam is definitely in a relaunch mode, and what a feat it will be if he can make it as a pop star. I personally get so caught up here at Atop, I tend to think this is the "world view." It's my preferred world view, but, obviously Adam is not on everyone's radar. Not to be a Debbie Downer, just wanted to report in.
