Adam really does know how to stage a show for effect. OOL/GT was magnificent! I can't stop watching. The vocals for OOL give those chills that article talked about.

QAL at Rod Laver. Adam singing WWTL whole arena just bought to silence by that voice. Few years earlier Adam at Palais Theatre. Adam singing Soaked whole theatre bought to silence by that voice. First last and always for me will be that voice.
Backing tracks, no big deal just part of the show, he doesn't rely on them and goes out of his way to sing over them especially when he gets into improv mode.

By the way Brad, guitar, had to audition to play for Adam. I don't think Peter, keys did, he seems to be a friend of the MD, Kris Pooley. Wonder if the other 2 did? would be interested to know how they all got picked. Wonder if they will continue playing with him? I'm very curious today. LOL Now, back to OOL?GT  |

But some caring PMs to her might help pick up her spirits and make her smile. How do we private message someone? I've gotten some private messages but have never sent one. Any member of Adamtopia who is feeling overwhelmed deserves to know that we all care about them and support them.
BTW, did anyone here consider a thread just for personal issues, like when life kicks you in the ass and you just feel the need to vent? For example, my beloved dog was killed last weekend but I would never post that here because it's not appropriate for a discussion about Adam.

Y-100 in Miami has started spinning GT. It is finally on their lists and thanks to clear instructions from my friends on the Numbers Thread, I can now follow which stations in my area are spinning. Y-100 is a major station here.

It was an invitation-only audition -- and they were very selective in even who could audition. Adam made the final selections. |
