I know that Adam wrote this as part of his comments concerning the 'feud' but am wondering if he is telling us he will be on the VMA's in some capacity....maybe as a presenter? ADAM LAMBERT @adamlambert 22h22 hours ago The @mtv VMAs are gonna be major this year.  He would have time to get back overseas for Queen rehearsals after it is over since the show is Sunday, 8/30. Just wanting him on my TV as much as possible.  |

Used one of the free converters to rip sound from YT and then uploaded to media fire from computer. Have done this for myself before but not for sharing. pattihum, I wish you could have been at that Costa Mesa show. I know I go on and on about it, but that voice? Filled the outdoor ampitheatre and overflowed like a tsunami to the people on the grass, and probably all the way to Hawaii, as far as I know (exaggeration for effect). No QAL that time, just that one in a billion voice. Honestly, it was one of the first things that struck me about his voice live, how it filled the space.
RedPanda - agree! Just a couple of weeks ago I played my favourite ' Soaked' video for a friend of mine. At the time, I played it over and over. And it's this one from Costa Mesa - filmed from way back - because from a distance, it shows how his voice overwhelms the whole space. Turn the sound up! e Video by lynnelynne... Thank you for reposting this video of Soaked in Costa Mesa, Sophie B. I was there with my daughter that night and Adam's voice reverberated throughout that outdoor venue on that warm Southern California evening. The purity and sweetness filled the night like no other. It was dreamy to hear, so clear , almost unreal. I will never forget looking around at the audience as Adam was singing and noticing the looks of awe and respect. Are we really all experiencing this together? Those memories linger,,even these years later when Morongo is currently invading my soul. |
