I just saw the Cantiello interview. Yes, he is stirring the pot. The only thing good about the interview was hearing James' true feelings right fr the horse's mouth.
James says he was "more than nice to that guy" and blames Adam for taking it to another level.
Really James, b/c I seem to remember you invoking Adam's name and then when you couldn't stand the heat you said you were over him.

sorry to say Q102 got enough of my time. same here..I'll vote if it's really important and can help Adam with his career Q102 just now played "If I Had You" because it was voted up on the daily takeover. It only takes a fairly small number of people to do this it appears. Anyhow a group of people voting on the takeover, and the 10 at 10 each day, does fairly often result in an Adam song being played on the station that day. (the 10 at 10 is the only airplay the Remix is getting as far as I know). The Billboard award, although it is a write-in which makes it a lot harder, also has a chance at a concrete result. Even if Billboard just posts a win on their site, it still has more validity than hundred's of radio station idol polls - which is probably why RCA found it worthwhile to retweet. I just find it amusing and ironic, but understandable that a portion of fandom burned out on a "crying wolf" idol poll with no benefit, tangible or intangible, when there are these everyday ways which actually work to get Adam more radio play if that is the intended result. ETA: you can vote up WWFM on the takeover right now www.q102.com/pages/takeover.html and maybe we'll get two Adam songs played this hour. |

All of the hilarious tweets and comments today regarding "the wedding" were awesome! So much fun!!! I love this fandom. Still LOLing! Can anyone let me in on the fight that Neil & Adam had over Thanksgiving? I don't know that story. They where driving up to San Francisco and Neil I think was not following Adam's directions got into a big fight and some blows where thrown and Neil lost apparently. Maybe someone can add to this its been a while since the blog was up and this was written back in Jan 2009 just before idol. Neil's version is pretty funny. I always wonder how they got through 6 months on tour. |

What is everyone planning to get the happy couple as a wedding gift? Should we suggest Adam and Miranda do another fan fundraiser? Something for the country music hall of fame? This is all too funny. Cassie, I was just with my cello teacher. I was talking with her about Adam (I want to learn to play WWFM on the cello). Since I don't even know how to play some of the notes he hits, it will be awhile. :-/ If you have a minute, I have a favor to ask. I wanted to tell her about Adam's voice/range, but I didn't know just what to say. Can you give me a little blurb? My teacher is quite skilled at many instruments, does composing, etc. so, she would be able to "get" a technical explanation. If you don't have time, I totally understand. Thanks! Ooo, interesting challenge. I'll get to work on it. BBL |

Sometime before AI, I believe, they had a fight in the car on the way to their uncle's house for Thanksgiving. It was really kinda funny, if I recall correctly. ??? Both snarky, Not a huge fight, just the typical brother thing. "Negative Neil" vs "Positive Adam". |

I've deleted the news link to the MTV clip. I have no interest in Durbin and thus have only glanced at multiple posts about him on this thread. I thought a media item about Adam that might attract wider attn was noteworthy. I can't delete quotes of the link I posted-I leave that call to others. Don't worry, Mika, it is relevant but annoying. Scroll is everyone's friend one time or another.  |
