Yay!! Nice numbers today!! Rihannsu, can you figure out what the heck is going on with HDD's numbers for 1D? I was going to ask the same thing. What is up with those numbers? Non disjunct. Wish they were true! 1D only had a 1 day radio deal so it's spins after the first day while substantial are not stratospheric. So going by the building chart it got 15 spins last Thursday. I don't remember the exact time the song was released but I believe they mentioned on Pulse it was midday or later on Friday in Australia which would have been late Thursday for us. So that seems reasonable. A high percentage of the spins would have happened on Friday with the radio deal. Those spins will not be showing in the building chart so what you see in the chart is the normal level of spins the song is at which if you take 15 spins for last Thursday and add the +spins in today's report which is 456 you have a spin count of 471. They are ramping back up because the average for Sun-Wed was 350 so to be ahead of GT by the official charts they'd probably need to avg 750+ spins for the next 2 days. GT could still be on this week's official chart. That is if the building chart numbers are correct. But as I've said before there is no telling. Look at Flo Rida & Andy Grammer's songs and you'll see how fucked up the chart can be.

I have continued to track 97.3 in Miami whose spins dropped significantly after Adam left town and they weren't giving away tickets. I have been impressed with the comeback. Today so far (counting from midnight) we have 6 spins and the last one is early enough that we could get 7. The spins are split between 3 graveyard and 3 pretty good times - 10 AM, 4:15 PM and now at 8:40 PM. It has been a steady 5-6 spins a day and I noticed in the Stations section, it is up to 30 spins and hopefully building. It has moved up the playlist to 25. Even Y-100 has increased to 2 spins a day. Might not sound like much but Florida was a gapping hole last era.
Just a little microcosm of GT's reach. I do think WBR 's knows something.

Thanks, Rihannsu. That was what I suspected. You did an excellent job of explaining it. So there is a better than 50/50 chance GT could actually be 24 on Sunday's officials!

I tried to ask on the news thread but I don't think anyone saw it - what stations between Sacramento and LA are spinning GT (along I5). We're on the road and I haven't heard it in two days from Washington. I think I've heard everything on the charts around it about 12 times!
23 by Sunday would be beautiful!

There pretty much is nothing between Sacramento and LA on the I5 besides Fresno and Bakersfield! And lots and lots of fields! LOL! Let me take a look. I think there is a Modesto station spinning. BRB! ETA: Got it!! KOSO: 92.9 in Modesto KGFM: 101.5 in Bakersfield In the LA area: KIIS 102.7 and KBIG 104.3

This is a quick trip to pick up a boat trailer... Cheaper to drive down for it than to have it shipped! We're picking it up Monday morning and will be back home by Thursday. Umm, to relate it to Adam, umm, I'm in California (yay!) and maybe he will be too at the same time!
