cassie, that voice, that unbelievable incredible feels inducing amazing voice that starts at ~1:29 and goes to ~1:42 below, what IS that?? I mean other than goosie producing? Also, in my opinion, this conjunction of songs, sung in just this way, and undoubtedly even better in the future, was why they were written. Must, must must see them sung this way live. Must. Also, to build on a constant theme of mine, I will never not be gobsmacked by this boy's instrument. Hahahaha, wait, that one too, obviously, but talking about his voice here.  I'm thinking about when he says in interviews that Max Martin and the other Swedish producer (not caffeinated enough yet to recall his name), urged him to use different parts of his voice. And how we are benefitting, of course. Just getting back to you. I fell down the rabbit hole as a result of your question. Went off on a bunch of tangents related to range, register, training, etc. Way too much information. But, since I wrote it all down, I thought I would go ahead and post it on the masterclass thread. With the caveat that I am NOT a voice teacher. I did n't major in voice in college. I haven't sung professionally. I have lots of musical training and have studied voice privately, and am sharing what I have learned along the way. Just listened to Paul Henry audio - and yes - the guy is rude and a total ass. Hope I don't offend any OZ Atop members and/or fans of Mr. Henry - JMHO.

Nah - rapid fire for entertainment purposes. True, as far as they're concerned. But me, I wasn't entertained, I was annoyed and wouldn't watch them again...give someone a chance to breathe.... Reminded me of British humor. YMMV I imagine listeners are used to it. They worked QAL in there, Adam = to Kelly & Carrie. In some ways better than some of yesterday's. |
