Just for another comparison to show how well GT is doing I just looked at the last reported sales we had for BTIKM which peaked at 17 on HAC. At week 18 the RTD was 123,000. It had peaked on radio about a month before that.
GT is on week 17, highest position on HAC was 16 for one week but it is still climbing on Pop and RTD is 247,416 which is about twice what BTIKM sold in about the same time period.
Album comparisons week 9 Trespassing 009 #171 LAMBERT*ADAM TRESPASSING 3,016 -8 3,273 141,043
week 9 TOH 009 #147 LAMBERT*ADAM ORIGINAL HIGH 1,969 (TW) ‐3% 2,028 (LW) 71,086 (RTD) LAMBERT*ADAM ORIGINAL HIGH 4,562 ‐9% 5,037 1,969 15,573 1,554,551
Raw sales are less but SPS is higher so at this point I would say they are more or less performing equally because track sales last era wouldn't have equaled what we have now and I doubt streaming would have been any better had it been a factor then. Trespassing may have had higher front loaded sales but from this point on I think TOH is doing better. We only had 14 weeks of sales figures for Trespassing and the last week we had it sold 1,339. Week 9 was the last over 3,000 then 2 weeks in the 2,000's. TOH looks like it will continue to sell past where Trespassing pretty much tapered out.
All in all I think this era has been a pretty decent performance follow up and it's not over yet. I think we can be very happy with how things have gone so far.

Is 194,887 Kelley's total to date? Yes, that is this weeks chart numbers and RTD stands for Release to Date. Thanks! Couldn't figure out what the R stood for!

Nice comparison, post, Rihannsu! The biggest difference is that Trespasding was over at this point, but TOH is just beginning! ❤️.

Wiz is falling slowly. 5th Harmony will probably just miss being #11 and will hold onto Top 10 one more week. So, we have a #23 again on Sunday or a possible 24. On the 30th, a possible pick up of 2 spots. I am expecting a lot of singles to Get released the week of the 30th (VMA premieres) so that #20 is looking very, very elusive. Unless WBR has a radio trcik up its sleeve, it may not happen. I am not being doom and gloom ^^ I think Ghost Town did its job and peaking at #23 on Top 40 and #16 on HAC is a hit! Not a smash, but a hit! Dare I say, "Bring on ALN!!" Expecting it by mid September!
