7 spins on Z so far and time for one more. 7 on KIIS LA so far and it is still very early here!  The thing that kills me about that Hailee song is that if people don't listen, they think it is an empowerment song for young girls. Now, don't get me wrong, I am not against masturbating, but don't make the song's musicality sound like it is a Disney song!  |

I tuned into Z100 a few mins ago in the hope GT will be on the 9@9 countdown (it wasn't, at least I didn;t catch it), but #2 was Seinfeld song... I am puzzled...imo - horrific lyrics, horrific lack of anything musical, horrific high pitch scratchy voice... WHY IS IT FLYING UP THE CHARTS? well, may be the other songs up there are as bad, I am afraid to check them out... the point is though that it is OBVIOUS there is no correlation between chart placement and quality of the song. I have no idea how and who decides on what songs or artists are "worthy", seems arbitrary almost... |

Oh geez! So subtle! NOT!! Good grief. I ask myself endlessly what is a girl like me doing in a genre like this! Damn you Adam and your siren voice, eyes and everything else. Without that I am happily out of here. yup...  #ItsAllAdam'sFault thank god live classical music is well and plentiful in NYC... ok, no more emotions, back to numbers. |

Nica, GT was played right after the countdown. That was its 7 th spin of the day on Z! Radio rarely has anything to do with the quality of the song. It is a business and it is about $$! The word "payola" has been banned, but it exists in other ways! If Adam ever gets that hourly play deal, even if for one day, I would be the happiest person in the world! |

Good grief!!!!! From the title, I thought that it would be a song about gaining self-esteem, sort of like a Kelly Clarkson song. This is kind of icky coming from an 18 year old girl who's a good friend of goody goody girl Taylor Swift.  |
