Off my soapbox but I detest unfairness or mixing religion with public schools or commerce or equality. Anyway, I want Adam Wedding pictures some day! (I have my priorities!)

The pop music world is transitioning. There are three pop divas who are struggling on radio in spite of massive promotional budgets -- Lady Gaga, Britney and Rhianna -- and these three artists have 5 song that have dropped over -2,000 spins in a week -- biggest drops of the year so far. I do not ever recall seeing something like this.
These kind of drops mean that the song had a ton of promotion from the label but low fan/listener support.
-2534 WMN Rihanna
-2493 HIAM Britney Spears
-2471 S&M Rihanna Ft. Britney Spears
-2442 BTW Lady Gaga
-2144 Judas Lady Gaga
A destabilized music business is good for Adam. So let me hope that 1. he has a couple of killer pop tracks on that album and 2. the pop music landscape says this volatile.
To tell you the honest truth - I think it is oversaturation. In chemistry it's called supersaturation. Every radio station, I turn on every am and pm on my school trecks - I hear the same darn songs, over and over and over again. I think peeps are as sick as I am of it. No variety and nobody else that is good gets a chance. My son identified Adele yesterday and said to me she sings really nicely. I told him, that was so unusual to hear her and not Rhianna or Gaga.
I agree with Q3, time for Adam to swoop in and take over.
I have no idea what station was on in the hair salon I was in tonight, but I heard Rolling in the Deep three times in two hours and E.T. twice. Everything is so overplayed, that when Gaga and Rhianna have several hits, people become tired of hearing them (the artist) At least that is what has happened for me.
