We interrupt the Rock in Rio flailing for a special announcement ... remember the "Marry the Night" chandelier from Glee? I won it at the glee memorabilia auction! OK, return to your regularly scheduled flailing!  YAY !!!!! Woo Hoo !!!! What you gonna do with it? lol. Hang it and use it or put it in a display case? It's too big for a display case, 40" tall! I'm not even sure it will have wiring. I didn't have a clue what I would do with it, I just couldn't resist bidding. Right now I'm more worried about getting it ... I'm leaving for Italy in a little over a week and will be gone for 3 weeks, I'm hoping they will hold it until I get back. If not I may have to prevail on friends to pick it up and hold it. Then I haven't decided whether to pay a fortune for shipping, or just drive to So Cal and pick it up! I placed a couple of small bids against someone before the live auction, but no one bid during the live auction, so I got it for less than the maximum bid I had registered. I have a sofa and a loveseat placed at right angles with a large coffee table in the corner between them. I'm thinking this might be cool hanging over that table in the corner, whether it will actually light up or not. |

Can anyone explain why I decided to 'google' Rock in Rio 2015 performance list and times' and all I get is pages of Rock in Rio USA [the May Vegas show] rehashings and etc....a 6 mos past Vegas copy dominates google and the original is nowhere to be found. In the first two pages there is...low on 2nd page...a couple of ads for ticket resellers and one press release archive. Why do these things happen and why would someone think it is ok to create some sort of SEO algorithm that demolishes all in its path long after the event has passed...grrrr
Has anyone come across a simple list anywhere? Why would the official Rockin Rio site not come up? Am I doing something wrong?

Just getting home from long plane trip and need to watch the recorded show - which song was this picture from. It expresses so much. thanks so much! I just re-watched most of the concert, and it was at the end of Radio GaGa. And Radio GaGa is pretty close to two hours in... almost at the end of the concert! That's what blew my mind = that he was running up and down those stairs and leaping into the air and clicking his heels after a two-hour marathon of singing his ass off!!  |

Yes, just use it as a focal point/accent piece. It doesn't need to light up. That way it's on display and you can enjoy it. You'll need a prof. to hang it securely. Bet it's heavy. And yes, I was wondering about the shipping...lol. Enjoy your trip and later after it's hanging.....we'd love a pic, please !
