Oh by flew in - I meant simply the audio. They'd use crowd footage or shots of Spike or Rufus at the moment...and we'd hear Save Me from some other gig....even for just the first half of the chorus! I think it's not going to be the Christmas season because Queen is going to release A Night at the Odeon (Christmas 1975) gig in Late November and they aren't going to have two competing projects going. I'd bet on the Sydney gig to be released in early 2016...Marchish maybe? Yes, I think Spring 2016 for the Q+AL DVD makes sense. And that would indicate an important concert appearance in Spring-Summer 2016 -- like Glastonbury. Some high profile, newsworthy concert.Oh, I hope so......

In that spot where he has his back to the crowd and it looks like the mic isn't working Rufus runs across kind of crouched over and someone said that Rufus tossed Adam a new mic. Can you tell what Rufus is doing? I have a hard time because Rufus goes off screen. He definitely does not give Adam a new mic as Adam is not off screen and no exchange happens. He may have turned up or plugged in a monitor or may have fixed something for Brian. What I see happen is there's the three cymbal strikes ch ch ch and then Adam should come in with save me - he doesn't and is a beat behind. He knows it and turns acting like he's dancing but his mic is down by his waist while the other hand is up near his head "dancing" (or moving) or even signaling that he's off. I think it most likely that Rufus is adjusting a monitor to help Adam catch it. Then Adam signals he knows with his yeah and Brian crashes in and they are back.... Thanks. It didn't look to me like he passed anything to Adam but my eyes are not so sharp but I did figure he was doing something. LOL

I've gotten most of the Queen performance dvds issued over last probably 10 years. Queen are perfectionists over their music and what they put out. They do multi task between their own solo projects and Queen projects, have a lot of balls they juggle, cause that's what they have always done. I'd so love, love love a DVD of the QAL performances and am hoping they don't take years to do the QAL release.

These little glitches or oops-es are what make live performances "dangerous" and interesting. Fun to see the recoveries as well as the slips. Now if you want to hear a really big flub-up, listen to this organist on the final chords of the Hallelujah Chorus! www.youtube.com/watch?v=1DBAoWr-imYCassie, that is almost unbelievable to sit on the wrong chord for so long. Did you see this comment on the video? :D
