I actually like it better this way, that shouty GT always strikes me as out of place and rather jarring. I actually like screechy rock vocals as long as the singer can do it without sounding dreadful. And Adam has such a great rock voice, shame he's not really into rock.. Thanks for bringing all those vids over. I have so much catching up to do..

I actually like it better this way, that shouty GT always strikes me as out of place and rather jarring. True but always seems the case with Adam, his best performance is the first one or televised one haha. I loved his RIR one, the way he growled Ghost Town, it was a side you don't see to his voice, seeing it is a very polished voice. Reminded me of Freddies tone a bit. I am hoping he corperates Ghost Town Rock Version in his Solo Tour, as he should, I well be at one of his first shows in NZ haha. Less is more for me when it comes to the naturally gifted and charismatic Adam Lambert. I just watched DSMN - one of my favorite songs on the set - and I liked it much better than the "over the top" one in Buenos Aires.

When all QAL is said and done - whenever that might be, the song that I think Adam owns as his alone is WWTLF. Night after night it's a virtuoso masterpiece that I can't see any other pop (or any genre really) singer matching anytime soon. I'd say bravo but seeing they're in South America I'll say Ole! I LOVE his version of it. It's such a beautiful song anyway, but boy, does he do it some justice....

I agree. What I find rather puzzling though is that, by and large, it is ignored in nearly every review. How do they ignore it? No idea, too enomored by the audience participation stuff and hit parade maybe. WWTLF shows off Adam's vocals beautifully and we hardcore fans appreciate that opportunity for him, but the general audience likely wants to party and have a good time. I don't blame them. TSMGO in addition always felt a bit too much for me vocally and crowd energy wise. But I understand that others feel quite the opposite.

Just waking up, and what a rendition to wake up to. That run up to the F5 in the middle of the song on "world" is back. And the riff at the very end, OMG. Three strong F5s in a row. I know I wrote just yesterday that Adam seems to be cutting back on the insane glory notes. Oops. Maybe not. Where does he get the strength to hit those notes after 2.5 hours? He is not of this world. :D After watching these videos last night, I wondered if you would revisit that 'holding back' comment. He just keeps knocking it out of the park. Not of this world is the truth!

A review. It's good. Published: September 28, 2015 | 11:17 a.m. Queen + Adam Lambert in Córdoba: An unstoppable duo
Such is the generosity of the band to let Adam Lambert sang one of his own songs. "Ghost Town" is one of the hottest songs in the UK charts in its electronic version hits. With the band they were responsible for putting a touch of Rock & Roll. At that point it is that the comparison with Mercury became inevitable. Although Ghost Town is a catchy hit, far from the great compositions of Mercury surprised by the lyrics and harmonic, melodic and rhythmic innovation. No wonder Freddie is the creator of symphonic Rock.
Really??
