My Dad died last spring -- he was old and didn't have much quality of life and he was ready to leave this world -- but it is still hard. He entered the hospital just when Adam was performing in Vancouver and so that ended any ideas I had about attending those performances. Since my family is not too keen on my Adam stanning, it was actually easier having the decision to go taken out of my hands. Awwww... happy, RL timing can certainly be difficult. Sadz tho that you didn't get to see Adam live. Don't worry babe - you will one day - the universe will make it happen for you even if your family is not keen on your stanning/berting. Whilst giving others what they want, desire and need, life is a balance of also nurturing self and giving YOU what you need. When you are happy, then those around you will also be happy.

Pretty sure it's Foxwoods Music Again! Awesome. I figured someone here would know. Gelly's asleep, but thought she could ID right away. Definitely MA, but I had no idea what venue. I'd never actually seen that clip before :-[ so I just had to search my way through at least 8 versions before I found the right one (k21886). Suz's didn't show it at all, just concentrated on Monte, but I persisted. Thanks for that mys*&@^#r, phew!

I'll add to the Neil Diamond love. Been a fan since the 70's. I actually fell in love with Neil Diamond because of the Jonathan Livingston Seagull soundtrack. There was no dialogue to this animated movie but the music told the story so well. I read the book afterwards and couldn't believe how much I felt like I had already read it just due to the music. Bought every album of his up until the early 80's when I just stopped buying anything for a long time. Loved "The Jazz Singer" movie as well. I finally got to see him live in the 90's and he was incredible. I believe it was at the Cajun Dome in Lafayette, LA large stadium venue and he totally rocked the house with an awesome show. ETA: Yep, this was it. www.neildiamondhomepage.com/reviews/tmoon/lafayette96.htmlITA to EVERYTHING you say. HUUUUGE Neil Diamond lover here. That's all . Just wanted to say I always loved Neil Diamond..saw him four times and bought all of his music..records and CD's.. saw his movies, TV specials and guest appearances..it was a lot easier in those days to make it not like today where it is an upward battle

Wait! Where did the hysterical story about the rental car CD player go?!! ??? I was just about to comment! It was rambly and stupid, prob only funny to me, so I deleted!!! WHAT?? I missed that! Not living in your time zone I´m late for everything. Is it not possible to ramble and be stupid one more time, Savvy? For me that would be a piece of cake.
