I wake & sleep at odd hours because I'm going through a "change". Not fun! Whether I'm Hot or Cold has no relation to the temperature in the room either! Trying to go through this without drugs/hormones! No not fun!!!I'm not a doctor but I also went through this situation without drugs or hormones. I was only taking off my jacket and then putting it on, and then off, and on, and off and on... and then putting a blanket and off and on  I'm not usually one for herbal remedies, but I now take Evening Primrose Oil (in capsules) and my hot flashes are almost non-existant. My sister-in-law recommended it and I'm amazed at how well it works. Certainly worth a try. I don't take any real meds or hormones either. I had a hysterectomy over 10 years ago, and only heard about the primrose several months. When I think of all the internal combustion moments I could have avoided............... |

I noticed the cross on Sauli's ring and wonder about his religious or spiritual beliefs. I've noticed as anti-religion as Neil and Eber are, and Tommy, of course, Adam seems to stay out of the fray, as usual being respectful and neutral on other people's positions. |
