I haven't checked it yet, but Adam is not Simon Cowell's artist. He is a Sony/19M artist. I think he confirmed it when people asking about his promo in UK that he's nothing to do with Simon Cowell.. but he has something to do with Simon Fuller. Plus Cowell has never talked about Adam since the finale and he's reluctant to talk about Adam when someone interviewed him i.e. ex-idol to compete in X Factor This makes me think of that interview Cowell gave where he was asked who he thought would win AI10 (?); he said Adam. It took him a second to realize what he had said, then laughed sheepishly and said something like wrong season. So he may not talk too much about Adam but apparently he has thought about him and just associates his name with "winner".  Ohh.. don't get me wrong.. in Cowell's mind Adam's in the winner for Season 8. You can tell he's so dissapointed that Adam didn't win, he's "kinda" expressed his dissapointment to Ryan the next day in his radio interview. You also can tell from his expression when they announced the winner. |

We don't know where Adam is. Jenny Woo is the not shady bar in Finland where Adam & Sauli met. Oh why did I think Jenny Woo was a makeup artist? LOL. Where did I get that?? lol Jenny Yoo is a dress designer -- famous for wedding party dresses. |

I am working on pulling all of the info from the SEC records about Sony and 19 -- in an attempt to explain some of these twisted relationships. And I came across something interesting, I never noticed before but that is good for Adam. From the March 2010 CKX Annual report (this is 19 Entertainment's parent company): Q3 - where do they need to be "Platinum selling album"? in each respective country? does an artist need to be "signed" in each country separately? - very confusing run on clause there.... |

It was pure OIC bitchface and he didn't even try to hide his surprise and displeasure. God I miss that season...everything about it was soo entertaining. |

It may be my imagination..but, I don't usually see changes to his twitter when he is in L.A. until much later in the day.. I thought it was due to his being in PST This weekend though I have seen the changes right away.. I have wondered if it was because he was in a time zone ahead of me..???? ??? So if this is in fact the case... 8-) Adam is still in a time zone ahead of me.. ;D the new avi may not show up for you until he tweets again. |

From the March 2010 CKX Annual report (this is 19 Entertainment's parent company): I never noticed that outside of the US and UK -- Sony can sign sign directly with the artist -- and they are guaranteed the Platinum artist royalty rate. This is great for Adam!! And would even include Canada, NZ and Australia. ....Um....but as a US citizen, Adam signed in the United States. So how does this clause help him? ETA: I am definitely NOT fluent in "legalese". I swear lawyers write this way so that the average person cannot possibly figure out what's being said! |
