We don't know that there haven't been. Adam is keeping very tight-lipped and he may have asked collaborators to keep everything under wraps as well. Most of what writer-producers have tweeted is flail with little detail. I was just going to ask this SusieFierce. I know nothing about this bussiness just a thought. Maybe he had collabs. But he doesnt know yet which song will make it to the album. If these collabs are from well known artists, maybe these artists and Adam wont tell a word to somehow "protect" the fame from these artists if these songs wont make it to the album? Yeah true, I was just wishing for someone to grab him for a splashy radio friendly colab...someone the radio loves...one of the divas. Like I said before he knows most of them!

Shoshanna Stone is no longer with Sony UK. Fans unfairly bashed her for the UK mess which was not her fault. It was not her job to get Adam on BBC Radio. I think from the beginning Sony UK knew that they were going to have a problem with UK radio -- otherwise why did they send Adam on that very unusual UK radio tour. All I can come up with is that they were trying to work around the BBC. The idea that Adam -- a gay American singer famous because of American Idol with a glam-pop album -- was going to take the UK by storm just by showing up was fan delusion. He is still relatively unknown in the UK, they have reality TV/Cowell overload in the UK, and it is not a gay-friendly market. The fact that Adam is going to see Shoshanna Stone leads me to believe this is a promo visit to the UK. How does the first sentence of your comment work with the last sentence? If she's no longer with Sony UK why would Adam be going to see her for promo? *tap tap* Is this thing on? I've posted three different times with substantiation that she is no longer with Sony but she still handles Sony clients. I followed her until about a month ago. She went into some depth at the time of the move. Her tweets were confusing, but I think her PR company Outside Edge may have been launched with Sony money. They are tightly connected still, though. I think it was along the lines of taking an in-house division and making it a subsidiary. Her major recent launches have been Britney (Jive), Usher (Jive) Willow Smith (signed with JayZ's label, but her music is copyrighted by Sony), John Legend (his own label, HomeSchool, affiliated with Sony) and Shakira www.sonymusic.co.uk/artists/shakira/

I don't know if they are illegal or not (Since most are drawings, I doubt it) but they sure are good! Wish Adam's merchandise people would take a look at some of these things! I can see at least 3 shirts I would buy and wear. Love the lock one and the rabbit hole one.

I'm glad we have so many music industry experts/insiders here otherwise I'd be stuck just being a regular music fan following blindly and only caring if the music is good or not.

Why no collaborations with Adam so far? Could it be that other singers know they would be out sung? They would suffer from the comparison? Actually, that is unlikely to happen, as Adam has years of experience working with a company of singer/actors on stage and blending/complimenting them. But, other singers might not know that. And, if Adam "dumbs down" his singing to blend with a less talented singer, that kinda defeats the purpose of him getting broader attention for his talent, doesn't it? Not sure how I feel about the idea. We don't know that there haven't been. Adam is keeping very tight-lipped and he may have asked collaborators to keep everything under wraps as well. Most of what writer-producers have tweeted is flail with little detail. Not sure if there's a duet or not but I don't think Nikka would be afraid of dueting with Adam. I would love to see them duet in one of her shows. It would be awesome!!

Also, a side note; I was looking on phone earlier, so I don't know if it was specified. The one with the animation that looks like a cherry-blossom branch and a sun behind him; the proceeds were going to Japan earthquake relief.

Well, when you read hundreds of promotional tweets from a person, it doesn't take an industry strategist to be able to absorb what they do.

Was it Nikka or Sia who tweeted something positive about Adam having no ego? Anyone remember?

I follow 11 people on twitter and none of them have anything to do with Adam's career strategy. I figure he and his team know what they are doing so I don't have to bother keeping tabs on that stuff. Frees up more of my time to ogle the pretty ;D
