Well, when you read hundreds of promotional tweets from a person, it doesn't take an industry strategist to be able to absorb what they do. I follow 11 people on twitter and none of them have anything to do with Adam's career strategy. I figure he and his team know what they are doing so I don't have to bother keeping tabs on that stuff. Frees up more of my time to ogle the pretty ;D Yeah I have no idea who most of these ppl are either so don't feel alone. LOL. I just smile and nod and pretend I totes know who ya'll are talking about. That glazed look in my eyes? It's not because I'm confused....IT'S ALL THE DRUGS. =b |

I was wondering how many songs Adam has to record before he decides what will be on the album 20 sounds like alot.
Q3 comment: For FYE there were at least 31 demos created to select the tracks for the album. My bet is that if I know of 31 demos, there were more than that. It is common for an artist to do 30 to 40 demos during the composition/songwriting phase of the process. From those demos they will pick at least 12 for the album and record them.

I was wondering how many songs Adam has to record before he decides what will be on the album 20 sounds like alot. He's probably close to ending the demo part and close to entering the choosing part now. Last time he had over 20. Counting all the bonus trcaks and foreign tracks he used, what, 18? He still has to do his Max Martin songs though! Hoping for at least 3 of those. ;D |

I don't know if they are illegal or not (Since most are drawings, I doubt it) but they sure are good! Wish Adam's merchandise people would take a look at some of these things! I can see at least 3 shirts I would buy and wear. Love the lock one and the rabbit hole one. I would like one with the key..maybe she'll make one sometime..I would buy it |

I love learning about the way the music industry works. The more know about the industry, the greater appreciation I have for Adam and his music.
If Shoshana didn't have a UK company I'd be curious to see the details of it from public US financial reports.

Is this official merch? I see some shirts with pics of him on it and isn't it like, illegal, to sell merchandise with the person's image on it? I only see two images of Adam and they are both drawings..the sleepwalker one and the one with him on the floor..she also provides a link to the offical site to buy merch. I don't know if this is legal..anyone? I've often thought that the reason official tshirts are so pffft is that Adam, with experience from his deadhead father, is following the Grateful Dead's merchandising strategy. They had fans selling homemade tshirts at concerts. |

Frees up more of my time to ogle the pretty ;D I follow a lot of people on twitter, sometimes for a long period of time and sometimes briefly. It is interesting to think and learn about how Adam's career is managed, just as it is interesting to speculate about the kind of music he might make, his collaborations, even his fashion choices. I am interested in all of the facets of Adam's career, maybe because my son is an aspiring musician trying to put together his career as well. We are all interested in different things, but one thing we all have in common is our very real interest in Adam. Following twitter leads is kind of fun ...I only speak for myself, but for me it is part sleuth, part researcher and part *very interested* Adam fan, LOL |

This is why I love Adamtopia you all do the work and I get to sit back and enjoy everything that is brought here. I find it all very interesting and thank everyone for all the sleuthing about Adam. Also everyone's opinions such a diverse group and all so smart.
