Is having a pool in LA a big thing? I wouldn't have thought so given it's sunny California. Heck, having a pool in Australia and NZ isn't that big of a deal - it's not run of the mill for most houses, but still not a biggie. IMO I do believe that this is the Cherry's house and the previous pics of the pool were taken there as well - not Adam's house. Adam and Sauli looked like guests in those photos. They were sitting on the chairs like visitors not host es ses Pools in LA are quite common. Where I lived just about everybody on the block had one. It was just great to sit outside in the evening and swim and have dinner out-side.

Well, she sort of said that: ...the pop star explained that she doesn't think a download of her album should necessarily be worth more than 99 cents. "It’s invisible. It’s in space. If anything, I applaud a company like Amazon for equating the value of digital versus the physical copy, and giving the opportunity to everyone to buy music," she said. I really do not understand her response. For me selling Music is today is like selling or licensing intellectual property. If the intellectual property is in a digital form and not a physical form Gaga feels it has no value? If she feels the value of her music is overpriced why was the retail price of the album ~$7-8 why didn't she give all the digital downloads for free? I think she is probably saying that as her response to the negative words out there about the whole thing... Kind of trying to own it and make it sound like a positive thing.

It's sad. I know of only one record store which actually sells volume CD's and vinyl here in Portland, and I keep waiting for that one independent to call it quits. One of my earliest memories of record buying was in the late 50's. I rode my bike to Smith Home Furnishings here in Portland and bought a 45 (Chunky....that's a round vinyl record with a big hole in the middle) of the Everly Brothers "Wake Up Little Susie" with a picture sleeve. Cost something like 59 cents. I stupidly threw away the sleeve but still have the 45. Many years later, I had to buy the sleeve again for $250. I still own "Albums" and here in the SF Bay Area, you can still find them at Rasputin's. They buy and sell - vinyl, cassettes, CDs! There is a big Rasputin's near where I live and I can spend an hour +, just browsing! I bought a USB turntable, a while back, just so I could listen to my albums & convert some of them to digital & add to my iTunes library. Albums are analog, as opposed to digital. It's recorded as if you're hearing it LIVE! Digital has to "sample" that recording at a certain rate - in order to reproduce the sound as it is! The higher the sampling rate - the better the sound quality! (Sine Waves)

As we all know, this is exactly how Adam would respond. We could have written his text ourselves. ;D. Maybe all the positive press will turn out to be a good thing in one way or another. Adam has said he wasn't planning on things before, like a solo headlining tour, that ended up happening. Who knows? People seem to be plenty interested in the idea. Whatever Adam wants, and I'm pretty much sure I'll like whatever that will be. That is how much I love his voice.

I don't think Sia would tweet that Adam texted her what she said he did if he really didn't . . . and I don't think Adam would text her what she said he did if he didn't mean it . . . so I guess I think the celeb news/gossip sites are just late to the story and haven't gotten caught up to Sia's tweet of Adam's denial . . . and the radio station? well, I believe them that they believed their source, but I think their source was wrong. Curious - kinda crazy. Someone tweeted that it would be funny if the whole thing led to them to doing something together.
