Adamrocks, the Chicago concert is at The Vic and the tickets are all sold as GA. Pretty reasonable, too, $54.00 plus about $11 in fees. The floor is all standing but there is a nice balcony with seats that are close and great acoustics. The problem is that since it's GA, there are no numbered seats, so that means getting in line pretty early to get in and then a mad dash to get as close to the front as possible. And since it's at the end of March in Chicago, it could be either 80 degrees or -10!
The theatre is in the Lakeview neighborhood which is very busy and hip - driving up I55, you take the Lake Shore Drive exit and go to Belmont and it's about 10 blocks from LSD. There is a lot directly across from theatre where you could park for $25.
I have no idea how tickets are selling for Chicago (got mine in the Citi presale) but it's a pretty small venue - maybe 1200 seats? I'm going with my sister (who is a part-time Glambert) but would be happy to stand in line with you.
Hope that helps.

That is a great seat. I was just looking at the reg tix. ETA: Now officially "NOT MANY LEFT". yeah, i was going to get a ticket in case i get freed up from work stuff and can drive up, but now the best avaialble is the last row of the balcony for a regular ticket. Even the Ghost Town VIP back of balcony. No TOH VIPs left. Sad for no ticket, but YAY for Adam!!! I sent you a pm

Much easier to navigate around the city, and the venue is all reserved seating. Might that be an option?

We are going to really miss the Japanese Glamberts! They have been so generous with their time for all of us! About to get on plane. Just want to add.... The Japanese Glamberts have been amazing 'in the flesh' too. Have met many of the main contributors of information. I can't tell you how warm and welcoming they have been...and saying goodbye after the last show tonight was very emotional Such lovely, lovely people who connected so instantly and generously.
