I ventured back in here because of your wonderful post for unveiling who you are as a person and what you are living with. I admire your courage. Thank you. It is written with such compassion and love that it brought me to tears. You should write a how to book on this it's a gift.

I will not go over the JD's story. But In my own life I have only dealt with people who had aspergers and tourettes when I was an RN nurse years ago. My experience was a learning and understanding tool. I am humbled and thankful for the education that I got.

The way I see it, I have empathy for JD and he is very 'talented'. But I am rather confused with the constant reference to everything he does it's about his condition. It has gone through my cynical mind that Interscope (sp) took on James deliberately to prove a point when Adam was put through season 8 and James was not. Why? I believe that they wanted someone who was similar to Adam but heterosexual and so they choose James. Remember they are in competition with Sony. His condition I am afraid serve as a sympathy vote and surely the public will buy that regardless of his talent. Who wouldn't as a human being? But are they interested in understanding his condition? I do not think so. Sympathy and empathy will work. They wanted someone who will become the 'Adam' of Interscope and they got one. But the big problem is he has none of Adam's 'it' attributes.

Are you sure the record label are not in on this PR stunt? 'James talk about Adam the most chance he gets even on twitter to bring him down.' Yes Sympathy will work. I believe there is an element of jealousy here.The, I want what Adam has-I will get it because people will be sympathetic to my course.

As a numerologist there is some interesting answers here. I can tell you this, never underestimate the power of people born on the 29th of any month. Some may not know it but others have discovered it. The x factor, charisma, fame and success, kindness, humanitarian pursuits and they do have their down side. Lets check Oprah, Michael Jackson, my late dad had these attributes and many others I know. Unfortunately a lot of people want what they have and can chose blackmail to get it but will fail as they are protected. My dad was a great speaker, intelligent and a charismatic business man. He drew in the crowds effortlessly just like Adam, MJ and Oprah.So I have lived with an Adam-like personality LOL.

I end this rather long post by saying. I pray that someone guides JD properly. 19 and the record company I feel are using him. I am worried how this will all end-but I hope happily. I want him to be successful on his own terms. He seems confused, insecure and lost. At this time in 2009 the buzz for Adam was huge and I dare say worldwide-it still continues. We felt his presence in the UK and we are still hungry. I wish JD all the best in his career. I understand what he has to live with. Adam has to live in a world where being heterosexual is the 'right way'. Yet he takes it in his stride and his star shines brighter than the so called right way. I suppose that's the puzzle to many.

Wow thats amazing.. and not just in terms of the singer, but in terms of the attitude from the judges. I adopted a child from an orphanage and I can say first hand how once these kids have grown and left their orphanage home they are more often than not treated unkindly. They have little to no education and not family lineage to tout. I'm happy to see the open mindedness.
