Okay, I YTed Adele's performance. It wasn't as bad as y'all are making out.
It was worse!
What the hell was she doing? She has already blown out her voice in the past, right? I thought she had gotten some coaching after that. This sounded like she is abusing her voice even more than before. Painful to listen to.

Just watched Gaga. Was she lipsyncing? Her mic use was strange. It didn't seem to match what I was hearing. And, was she trying to imitate Bowie's voice? The tone was weird.
I only have a passing familiarity with Bowie's work. If I hadn't read all the raving about what an artist, innovator, and inspiration he was, if I only watched this tribute, I would be totally unimpressed with his legacy.
I don't get it.
