That kinda elevates Adam above all haha. But yes good way to end.
JMO, of course, but the Queen appearance scenario doesn't appeal to me at all. First of all, I can't imagine Brian and Roger wanting to appear on Idol at all. They certainly don't need it. And although they discovered Adam on Idol, they don't seem to be fans of singing competition shows in general. I'm sure AI will show a retrospective of Adam's AI experience and maybe some of his post-Idol career, but his job is to promote his new music, reach new fans and look forward, not back. Singing Champions with Queen and other current or former contestants, even just as a finale act doesn't feel right to me. I would rather just see Adam kick some serious ass with his own music and show a whole lot of people what they've been missing. Then, finally, it will be RIP, American Idol.
It's vague but I seem to recall Brian May making a negative statement about singing competitions around the time the the artist he's touring with at the moment (Kerry Ellis) entered one and didn't make it. Anyone remember that? He did go on AI though - good for us!

Anyone remember that? He did go on AI though - good for us! According to Brian, he and Roger agreed to do Idol because someone they knew gave them a heads-up about Adam. They must have figured it was worth it to check him out. But in general, I think Brian and Roger would rather not be associated with these kinds of shows. I know they did XFactor with Adam. I cannot imagine them going on AI with Adam. And that's just fine with me. This is Adam's time to shine solo.

I was thinking Adam would still do his own songs as well maybe sooner on a different episode or maybe even sing one on the finale but they end it w/ Queen & the top Idols singing w/ them "We are the Champions" & behind them showing videos of millions of records sold & showing the top idols & all their awards the've won. Idol wants to go out showing they are the best show w/ the most success & most talent discovered.
