I think that JYJ may be a K-Pop band and that Harvest Trip is some sort of reality show that they're involved in. No idea what BGM means though. ETA: Just done a bit more looking and confirmed this. Yep, your info is correct. In the context, BGM likely means... background music. Thank you both!

Good for Springsteen. It is hard on fans who have made plans to travel etc but I have to agree that it is warranted . I hope my spirit would be as generous if I had just spent a small fortune getting to and tickets for that show....but sometimes you just have to do what you can to fight the good fight. It is really hard to see rights of racial minorities, the LGBTQ community, and even women being eroded and clawed back when and where ever possible by an entitled bunch of old white men who think because they have owned the world to date, they should do so forever! grrrrrrrrrrr!! It is not just "old white men" driving this. Keep a close eye on the evangelical ultra-christian segment, all colors, all sexes. Think Focus on the Family and Alliance Defending Freedom, etc.

NC needs corporations to pull out, etc. I admire what Bruce has done but hate that his fans have spent money on travel, etc. and most expenses won't be refundable. I agree. Corporate pushback will back make a difference but cancelling a concert just punishes people that likely nothing to do with the law, it was not put to popuar vote. Maybe a better/stronger statement could be made by having a concert with focus on the LGBT community, maybe free tickets, prizes, or special guests and programs. Or maybe the Boss can just slap 'em all upside the head with a big stick.

Another media article. UK. LibraRising @librarising1 49m49 minutes ago Why Adam Lambert skipped out on the American Idol finale www.unrealitytv.co.uk/american-idol/adam-lambert-skipped-american-idol-finale/ … via @unrealitytv Why Adam Lambert skipped out on the American Idol finale8TH APRIL 2016 BY Emily H Adam Lambert is revealing why he skipped out on last night’s American Idol grand finale. Lambert revealed to Billboard why he was the only notable American Idol alumni to not be present at the big event, where he revealed that he was “sad” to miss the big goodbye but admitted that there was no dramatic reason behind his decision to skip out on the nostalgic farewell. Rather than there being any kind of bad blood between Lambert and the show that launched him to superstardom, Adam revealed that it was nothing but a scheduling conflict that kept him from celebrating with fellow alumni like Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson and Jordin Sparks. “It is bittersweet because if I hadn’t have been working on this, I would have definitely been there,” Adam said, referring to his new gig in Fox’s upcoming TV movie remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Admitting that he’ll “probably go find it online somewhere,” in order to see what his American Idol family got up to on the celebratory night – which saw original judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson reunite for the first time in more than 7 years – Lambert revealed that he felt the show’s producers did an “amazing” job with the final season. “I think they’ve done an amazing job this season of being nostalgic and wrapping up. With the little bits that I’ve seen,” Adam told Billboard. “I think it’s been really interesting that they’ve kind of done a retrospective and talked about all the Idols. That’s nice for all the former contestants, too, because it’s one last hurrah for us to go, ‘Yeah! Hey!'” As for whether Lambert thinks it’s the right time for American Idol to bow out, Adam told the site that he “doesn’t know” if it was time for the show to leave the air but confessed that he knows the show can’t go on forever. “All good things must come to an end,” Lambert confessed, “You can’t keep pulling something along if it feels like its time is done.” Watch Adam Lambert performing on American Idol last month below;

Bruce Springsteen isn't just any rocker. His image is that of an every man, working class hero who plays the music of the people and represents their heart. Some of his songs are anthems to America. From Wikipedia: " Springsteen is widely known for his brand of poetic lyrics, Americana, working class and sometimes political sentiments centered on his native New Jersey, .... His most successful studio albums, Born to Run (1975) and Born in the U.S.A. (1984), showcase a talent for finding grandeur in the struggles of daily American life;" For a celebrity with his image to refuse to perform in North Carolina because of the discriminatory law makes a huge statement, far beyond any economic effect for the state. I am sorry for fans who made plans and spent money to see him, of course. But, I applaud him for such a bold statement.
