Hoping for the WTTS TV sports exposure to make a difference in the US! In the meantime I checked the ticket sales in Moscow and the amount of avail. tickets on the Crocus Hall site has dramatically increased since yesterday - which I think is caused by a possible return of the unsold tickets by smaller outlets (I'm speculating). The three on-line sites now have a total of 2347 tickets available, and I think there might be around 700-1000 GA tickets not visible atm... We know the venue capacity is 7500...while selling roughly 4K tickets is wonderful , especially with the 18+ designation and a mainly very young fan base I still feel horrible that Adam will be looking out on all those empty seats... same happened for GNT... I doubt Adam will be thinking about the empty seats as I'm sure he's more likely to focus on the miracle of him even having a TOH concert date in Russia AT ALL considering all the shit that has gone down there since he was there last. You mentioned GNT but didn't he sell fairly well for the WAG tour dates? I honestly did not expect him to be able to play Russia again outside of QAL.

I honestly did not expect him to be able to play Russia again outside of QAL. you are right - it was WAG and not GNT! my bad! no, he did not sell "well", but there was a misconception that he did, which stemmed from looking at only one site and assuming it was the only one selling tickets... my friends were there up in the balcony (not fans but went because I told them they had to ) and they said it was about half full... in the vids we saw the crowd by the stage - and it was crazy there as far as I read on the Russian fan site, but the rest of the hall was a different story... I agree it is a "miracle" he is doing a concert there! I could bet anything there would be no promoter to take him on! I guess the compromise was to make it 18+ . I'm so happy for the fans - he has quite a lot of them there! the major fan site has 43K members and the new VK.com/adamlambert account has over 18K members although its only a few days in existence...they love him as much as we do...many are traveling to the concert from all over the country as well as from Ukraine and Belarus.. oh, and my friends are going again - they loved the show and especially THE VOICE! although they said they were the oldest people in the whole place :D

Without knowing what the promoters expectations are we can't really judge from venue capacity/sales whether or not he is under performing. The deals with venues aren't always made on the basis of full capacity.

So far, WTTS has been on 4 networks. The one I recorded was Fox Sports West. I don't think it has an NBC connection.

Any idea what's happening with Helsinki sales? That chart that pops up now and then seems to have recently indicated the Hartwell Arena is only about 50% sold. I sure hope that's wrong! I can see Moscow being a tough sell, but that would be a real bummer if Helsinki ends up not turning out for Adam!

The problem with Helsinki now most likely is that during the WAG tour it was about the only concert in 'Western' Europe. A lot of people from all over Europe travelled there. With this tour they all have their own concerts in their own countries. And when they have not they have a lot more options. So not much travelling to Finland this time.
