I'M curious. Why is Crocus City Hall spelled in english? hmmm...interesting question...all I can tell you from my recent visits to Moscow is that every time I go more and more establishments have their signs written in English...may be it is a cool thing to do? as a matter if fact they've built this huge complex of skyscrapers smack in the heart of Moscow and the whole area is officially called "City" . Here is Moscow City - sticks out as an alien:  |
