I enjoy reading about how people got hooked on Adam and this place. I fell in love with Adam during idol Ring of Fire and started browsing the internet and found MJ's which led to PF, but I never considered joining anywhere. I was one of the many people waiting in line in Times Square having a fabulous time with my daughter. While waiting in line I told my daughter about PF and wondered if any of the people we see are ones whose names I know. After we got home, she insisted I join and created my user name and set up the account on PF. (This is the daughter who proudly wears her Adam T-Shirt while volunteering in a third world country). I hope next time I'm in line for Adam's concert I'll be connecting with other fans and not just watching groups enjoying themselves in line. Rama -- I have to agree -- PF/ATop was my first "connected" fan experience and it has made every Adam event that much bigger and better to know so many people who are there. |

Since it's Father's Day thought I'd post a vid for all the 'father's' we might have here at Atopia....and just for father's everywhere! ;D

4, 3, 2, 1 OK I think that we should start a fund raising campaign to buy Adam his Maserati before some other fan group does it. You know that they are already planning to do it! Ha! -- Somehow I honestly believe that Adam will buy his black Maserati at some point. And he would look perfect with that car. And it would be so easy to go unnoticed in it.  It would be nice if the dealer or importer or whoever has the power could give him if not free, some kind of 50% discount for him to be able to drive one.. it's good for the company too.. good promotion with Adam Lambert in one of their car.. {hopin and wishin.. } |

Please feel free to scroll. I don’t post often so excuse the ramblings. Over the past few weeks have only had time to do a quick check in every now and again. I want to say Happy Birthday to all those who have celebrated another joyous year on this planet and the fandom of Adam. Welcome to all of the new members. Our global community grows each day.

Whether you have a locked Twitter account and share your thoughts with a handful of friends, or you are part of a larger forum or community, chances are you can happily bert with those who share your perspective. “
My first venture was MJs but then moved to PF within a short time and then to Adamtopia. It is so amazing that no matter what time my crazy sleep patterns choose to have me awake, there are always members sharing information from around the globe. The early morning shift, the evening shift, the international shift, the late night shift and those who seem to be awake 24/7 are connected and sharing information. Love this place and the members here. Have learned so many amazing facts and new words in other languages. Have shared great joy as well as sadness with many here. People are open and caring.
I learned many new skills such as posting comments, creating an avi, imbedding pictures, videos, live streaming, got my Twitter account (and yes it is the devil). Also, expanded my education thanks to Adam and others, Urban Dictionary and the links to news and articles from around the globe.
I know some fellow Atopians live close by – not necessarily on the other side of the fence – but hope to meet some of you in the near future. I don’t always have time to invest in some of the other threads on numbers or focal master class but when something exciting is going on members recommend heading over to see what is happening. Fun and Games is always great for the pictures and the Reality TV for Idol, the Voice and other talent competitions.
So as NoAngel wrote “ When it comes down to it, what we all have in common is that we love Adam and we want him to be successful.” I want to thank Q3 for creating the core of this global community and Adam for being who he is and bringing everyone together to share and develop friendships that are global and celebrate his success as an artist and human being. He has taught us that we can change the world and I believe that we are.

I am a bit weird more than sometimes :D, I'm happy you watched the whole video. In the end when you wash off all the glitter we are the same, only makes sense we help each other along the way to that beautiful waterfall (and..........Yes to our first tattoo ) |
