I sat at my computer for several months with tears running down my face as I followed each of Adam's concerts in the US and around the world.
It was when he sang "Strut" and I really heard the words,
I knew I had become invisible.
I didn't understand how or why.
I had allowed myself to be imprisoned - the prison of the mind.
My spirit had not soared for so long.
His spirit is free and soars off planet--
His mind does not have the barriers that society has placed on ours and we have allowed.
His energy is palpable
His voice lifts you off the planet - gravity is no more
And you find that you too can soar - at first just when listening to him sing.
But then you try it alone - with friends - you make small remarks that cause surprise - even shock.
You change your appearance.
But most of all you are becoming "free" and can dance in each moment.
So much that mattered - doesn't anymore.
And so much that is important - you now live.
He says, Change is Gonna Come
It has and It is.....
He says it's not too deep--
I say it is the deepest.
