Get ready London, because Adam Lambert is coming!
The “Ghost Town” singer was just announced to be making an appearance at the British LGBT Awards on May 13, which will kick off what’s sure to be a pretty fun weekend for Adam in the UK.
The LGBT event announced that Adam would be appearing at the show, held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in London, on Twitter on May 12, tweeting out; “So excited to have @adamlambert joining us at the #BritishLGBTAwards tomorrow…”
The tweet got Lambert’s fans seriously excited about his upcoming appearance at the award show, with a number of the stars biggest fans taking to the social media site to express their delight over the big news.
“Ok I was excited before, now I’m #fangirling” @matty1516 tweeted out, while mireille _Music tweeted to the star “Very Nice!!! Have an awesome award show.”
Twitter user @harriot10 was also excited about the news, writing on the 140-character site, “YAHHOOOO ADAM AT LGBT AWARDS TOMORROW” and @alalwayz wrote “Yes! Excited too!!!” after the big news broke on the social media site.
While it’s not clear if Adam will be presenting on the big night, the award show previously announced that Lambert’s close friend Dr. Brian May is nominated for the “Celebrity Straight Ally” Award, which has us crossing our fingers that the “For Your Entertainment” singer could be presenting the star with an award on the night.
Adam’s big night at the British LGBT Awards will then be followed by a performance from the former American Idol superstar at London’s G-A-Y club on May 14, which is sure to be pretty spectacular.

Unfortunately, if we are to go by this video they have chosen specific acts to feature each day....... and it lists only Mika and Fergie on May 20th. No QAL mentioned at all..... except of course Adam speaking. We'll see I guess. |

Lol! The second half final of the Eurovision song contest is tonight and they started with Latvia. The commentators here in the Netherlands announced it as a bit in the style of Ghost Town from Adam Lambert. Quite some tweets about it too. Haven't seen so much tweets in the Netherlands about Adam lately. www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_J8cb2bvcYAlso the guy from Iraël is compared to Adam too. A bit like a mix of Boy George and Adam they say. Or Sam Smith and Adam. On Tuesday (first semi final) some were comparing some of the singers to Adam as well already. Guess he's in the mind of more people than I thought! |

When I walked in and saw him I instantly thought about him being completely dressed in black ala Johnny Cash...The Man in Black.
