nica - I don't know..... they look awfully similar to me. May have to watch each several times, looking for just the right lighting... to be sure. Seriously, tho. Anyone who had a good view of Adam's face tonight - the SMILE!  I don't know of anyone else who can sing with such a fabulous smile. They were all having so much fun up there! LOL! Adam giving Rufus silly faces, going over to Neil bringing him into the fun, and Adam rockin' out with Brian!! I have to admit during the first tour when Brian sang the song and Adam played the tambourine (remember that) and then he really didn't do the song...I never really liked the song much. But when they had Adam sing the song and Rufus on drums...it sounded really rock and roll to me and I love it now. |

This pic just hits me in the gut!! Exactly 7 years ago, to the day, Adam performed with Queen on the Idol Finale. Today, he sang with Queen in a huge festival in Lisbon!!!! Look at all those people! OMG!! Adam was SO happy tonight!! He was in his element!! Where he should be. I've seen some speculation on twitter, and some people aren't happy about what's been said. There have been some comments about Adam sounding better with Queen. And, some peeps don't like that. Before I even went there, I had the same feelings. Not that he sounds better/worse with Queen as I think he sounds awesome whenever, but, I do see a difference when he is with Queen. I can't really explain it, but I know what I mean, and what I feel. As I said, he is in his element. He belongs in front of these huge crowds, and he just plain explodes!!!! And, I love every minute of it. I also love all of his albums, and listen to them all the time. I'm not going to go into why/what/where about that. I just know what I feel and what I hear & see. Adam was glowing tonight. He couldn't keep the smile off of his face. He blew everyone away!! And..........wait for it............he wore awesome pants!!!!! hahahahahaha!! I actually loved all the outfits! The jacket with the Hawaiian print was awesome! Loved the feathers!! GO Adam!! LOL! Those gold pants..............OMFG!!! Uh Huh!! And........the white........well, what can I say. He didn't have that on long enough. Ok, enuf from me for now! I really needed this tonight, even more than I knew. I could totally escape and LIVE!!! YAY!! Thanks, Adam & Queen!! And, glad to see all you Atops here, too!! Mwahhhhhhh!!  |
