I remember the hysteria those leaked pictures caused. Whatever the time frame was for FYE photoshoot was dictated by Idol Tour, I'd guess, so no comparison to time he has now. Plus, and it's a huge plus, he is looking totally hot now days. Couldn't believe the body in his stroll down street with Alisan. What you could see of it, that is. That's just my objective opinion after much study. My qualifications? 1. I see semi-naked bodies all day on the beach 2. I do some personal training for friends. 3. I'm a gay dude so I've paid attention over the years. Yep definitely a good time for a photo shoot. I do like your professional opinion, sir. I just wish Adam would give us a better look at that body. But the boy insists on teasing and denying us. I wonder about that. With all the snide remarks directed his way no matter what he does I'm sure he just doesn't feel comfortable. Clothes he knows. Music he knows. Interviews he is good with. But body image is a problem I remember one time when he was looking really good some columnist made a remark that if he was going to show his arms he should buff up. Totally uncalled for and rude. Plus I don't think he's kidding about being displeased with his freckles. IMO the final act of GNT is as close to undressed as you are going to see Adam anywhere except at the beach - then you have to deal with the aqua board shorts. Maybe best to cut your losses and accept the situation for what it is. |

I think he's worked on those areas and is a lot sleeker now. 8-) Lifeguard? With all due respect to Lifeguard, unless he has x-ray vision or some connections he's hiding from us, he's seen no more than we have. I think we need more ~evidence in order to form a conclusive opinion. Although, based on my past behavior, I'm inclined to believe that I will think Adam looks pretty darn perfect no matter what.   I just got back and ARE YOU DISSING ME ? I'm very sensitive and you hurt my feelings and seem to doubt my abilities as a keen observer of the human body. I'll let it pass this time. |

Cassie I sooo agree. Some mystery is much more sexy. Love that he's not that show-off-the-body guy. Adam seems to be a little more into showing off the lumps beneath the clothes than taking off the clothes. ; ) So, if I post the sexy beach pictures I have of Adam you aren't going to look at them, right? Well, if I really had them I'd probably have them made into wallpaper. Just kidding. Maybe one frozen coconut margarita too many. Sometimes sharing is not a good thing. |

Seriously, though, I do agree with lifeguard about the body issues.. Adam had or has them, just as he told us via twitter he still wrestles with feelings of insecurity. I know, he wasn't talking about his body then, but I'm sure those old feelings never ever really disappear.
He has shown skin, during his performances we see the arms, a flash of belly, but he projects sex in other ways. He is NOT afraid of looking sexy or calling attention to his "assets"-- lace up pants, anyone?
But it could also be that Adam, quite simply, hates being like everyone else. Getting naked is just so-- obvious. Everybody does it, therefore he will not. He'll be sexy in his own damn way. He wants to be stylish sexy, not just sexy, and he succeeds spectacularly.
I love that about him. I may joke about getting him naked, but that's all it is-- a joke. I appreciate the thought and the attitude and the intelligence-- they do way more for my libido than scanty clothing.
(although I'd never turn down an offer of nekkidness from Adam 8-))
