Two things that made me happy about yesterday's show: the gray hair is growing out and becoming frosted tips, and he didn't wear that cummerbund! The red pants looked great with the palm tree jacket, too.

The Isle of Wight show is going to be SO amazing! I'm sure they'll sing their FULL set, including WWTLF. Hope so, anyway. I know I'm being selfish, but I wish Roger had given a brief mention of Adam. I know this interview wasn't about Adam, but still.......I love it when Roger and Brian sing Adam's praises. He did, drummer, that clip was just an excerpt, not the whole conversation. When Chris (the DJ) said that Queen would be playing IOW with "the wonderful Adam Lambert" (quote!) Roger repeated the phrase during the interview, saying something along the lines that they'd been playing festivals around Europe with "the wonderful Adam Lambert". Thanks for letting me know! That's great news. Hardly an interview goes by where they DON'T mention Adam. |
